It has been so hot, we have been very sooky about going out in the boat as it doesnt have much in the way of shade,, but looking forward to fishing now it's getting a tad cooler. As long as the wind behaves. I can't see us getting a van anytime soon, due to working full time atm. Hoping to get out in the boat soon though. Need some adventure back in our lives. :D

We did end up doing that, and they actually looked a lot better. Not so straggly, and grew back more lush. Whish is good, cos there isn't much dirt in that garden to grow much. Will have to see what we can get to wok. :)

G'day Johnny, thanks for the question. The acid wash will react if you have an aluminium trailer, so you may get a similar or splotchy result if you're not careful. But it doesnt react with steel. Acid wash needs to be washed off quickly. Orbital sander, then scotchbrite. We used Penetrol to finish, but in hindsight, wish we had've gone Nylac. Cheers, Lee.

don't know if you remember but I had the boat "red october" and one day in lucinda we hired one of your boats and then you towed my broken down boat back to the ramp. Anyway I see you must be living close to the canoe club as I don't live to far from there. If your interested in a walking partner my better half is also looking. Just a thought

Hi Lesley, Thanks heaps for your suggestions. Truly appreciate it! <3 I have heard about the carnivore diet. I think maybe with Joe Rogan, or JP. (Sounds delish) I've more or less started fasting aside from a breakfast smoothie, and things are moving in the right direction. Mind you, I've cut right back on the shit, like bourbon & Cokes at the same time. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how I feel from the last few weeks, and looking forward to a better lifestyle. (& better sleep!)

Tell me about it. It's becoming more enjoyable thankfully, and I like that Whiskey is good company. He lives hanging out, like you said. xx

Hi Deirdre, so wonderful to hear from you. Yep, we made it back to Nth Qld. Melbourne was just a short stint, but a lot of fun. No, we'll be looking for another boat. We sold a house, 5x boats and a car all within a month, just to untie us, so we could move on. Lee's been looking at boats, but they're still a hot commodity, and sell pretty quick. It's definitely on our 'to do' list for this year. Get back into the boating scene again. The things we do, hey?! Thanks so much for popping in with a comment and watching the vid.
