10 Year Old Potted Loquat Tree Finally Fruiting

This is a ten year old potted Loquat tree (aka Japanese Plum) taken as a sprouted seedling from a 50+ year old "mother" tree. This is the first year it has ever fruited!
It receives partial shade being that the Central Valley of California can reach triple digits during the peak summer heat.
