How to set goals you'll actually stick to (using a pocket planner)
Setting goals for the new year doesn't have to be complicated. Here's my favorite way to set actionable goals using a pocket-sized planner. This pocket notebook method is best for being intentional with your time, and creating tasks that help you start new habits in 2025.     That is so cool that you can be your personal brand something that you care about I wanted to start my own club about loafers because I care about women’s loafers especially.     I love commonplace compendium notebooks, but recently I decided to get a pocket notebook to substitute the phone use, I love the idea of carrying it everywhere with you, and when bored read the inspiring words. Im writing down all the quotes that are impactful for me, I have more than 1000 photos on my phone of quotes😆, trying to put them on paper, uff so many😆...

    I think you miss one important aspect: To write something down requires clarity of thought. Even just jotting down a thought to review later, you must get clear enough to raise the subject again. Clarity of thought is a lost skill.

    My issue is that I want to journal/keep track of several different things and I don't want to keep everything together. So I was gonna do different notebooks for different subjects. For example my personal feelings/thoughts in one book, then my relationship with my bf I wanted to have it's own notebook....issues going on with my landlord etc...but then I find myself with ten different notebooks and just end up getting frustrated and I stop all together. Any ideas????

      I understand your thoughts! Personally, I've learned that it's best just to combine all of your thoughts into one journal, and then once that notebook is filled, mark it with beginning and end dates. That makes it a "chapter" of your story. And then each of the things you wrote during that time frame all play into what you were thinking during that season of life!

    I’ve been hearing a lot about commonplace books on TH-cam lately, which to my understanding seem to be small personal reference books for noting bits of information, quotations, and one’s own thoughts and ideas for future reference. Your notebook idea seems to be a combination of commonplace book and personal journal. Is this true?

    Even though I have already done everything you recommend here (I’m older I guess 😅), I have still found this video inspiring, comforting and validating. It’s made me look back and reflect on how far I’ve come as a person, thanks to moving towns several times and countries twice, thus far.
