Thanks Arty! That FAFO chassis looks pretty sweet, should work out great! I gave the wheels a quick paint job with the same desert sand paint since I was changing out tires, came out super cool! That climb was tough (I didn't make it) truck really needs breakover for that one!

There's a few places to get them and some were custom built! There's RC Speedy which my buddy runs (copper wheels) and the red and white buggy was a Death Metal Garage which is a good bargain using Capra running gear! There's also RC Fab but I don't think anyone out there that day was running one. Thanks for checking out the video, I hope this info helps!

Hi Edi, Lately we've been going to Badlands or Mini Moab every week but I usually hear from my bud when and where everyone's going to meet up the night before! Thanks Arty! I'm running some Desert Lizards full droop! I've got the four hole pistons in them with 35 weight shock oil and also using bands on the front to keep the front down on the climbs! Thanks for checking out the video brother, glad you liked it!

Thanks Brent! It was one of the last days of going out before sunrise now that the hot weather is just about done. We are able to stay out longer too so no more need to get out there super early anymore!

@@mikyl-fo8rh most of the trucks are 1/10 scale although some people will use smaller bodies like 1/16 or 1/18 on the tenth scale chassis

@@staysmallrc yeah I know a couple of guys with the Redcat and they love it! A VW rig would be great (of course I’m partial to Volkswagens!) I believe that there is a company 3D printing a Baja Bug half cab, wish I could remember who it was.

Yeah that buggy was pretty much a new build, it would have hurt to take the fall but there was someone right there to catch it! That line used to be much harder but someone came and chipped off all the high points! Really happy with Sgt Rock, I think the Krawlers are okay but eager to see how it'll do with other tires! Thanks Mark! I didn't know Halloween wasn't a national thing, I have lots of fun passing out candy with the RC truck. I'll put candy in a plastic bin attached to the roof of the Origin (since it has all the rock lights) and tell the kids to go ahead and get candy from the truck, when they reach for it I blip the throttle and the jump! I then tell them "There's the trick now you can have your treat!" I'm glad you liked the Halloween vids!

Thanks Mark, it was a lot of fun setting up those Halloween decos and getting a night video with them! Our cabin is really just a house dressed up to look like a cabin. We have regular water service and electricity and septic tank for sewage. It's in a small town called Overgaard which is in the mountains and sitting on half acre. Were not far from the main highway which has hardware stores, restaurants, fire station etc. Maybe one day I'll do a tour video!

@@rcarty419 yeah I’ll need to do a hardliner with straight axles one day and check that out! I like the Ruptures but they aren’t a legal tire and if I plan to comp one day I need to get used to using something else. The guys that run the super swampers say they’re great and I have a set of broken in Landmines I’ll probably try next.

This is the chassis that comes stock on the Redcat Gen7, It's from BP Chassis and I believe it's the same one as the Gen X for the SCX10. I'm not sure if it's still available though unless you want to buy the Gen7 just to scavenge the chassis from it!
