Okay, biggest problem: Incredibly Moronic Historical misframng statements at the end claiming Napoleon wasn’t much of a Nation builder He inspired and forced countless states to change governance, drafted legal code and treaties many Times, reorganized countless states and is very-very-very famous for his bureaucrat aspects Though proportionally He was more obsessed with War than bureaucracy He still was Incredible statesman, infact, it’s one of his Greatest strengths as compared to many other commanders of the Time He embodied much of everything Washington’s tied to here at one point or a another And many of his countless Government affects lingered and continued to long after His Death, such as Napoleonic legal, diplomatic and Military codes and traditions that weren’t removed or were copied for decades after He shook up all of Europe and those effects lasted Centuries He furvered Italian unity, Polish Nationalism, Dutch sovereignty, French Republicanism and ofcourse helped lay some foundation for German unity aswell He carved up alotta borders

A Toast To The Fallen Brave Ne'er forget the fallen brave whose life a debt for freedom gave, by rations mold and hunger pains, through winters cold and pulsing veins. Who fell on right and left flank, but fell in fight while others drank, as volleys flew of cannon ball, no cover knew but dry stone wall. When Man-O-War her gun ports blew, those man ashore stood red white blue, and stricken falling unto death, a captain calling with last breath, "Lads hear simply my one plea, don't let liberty die with me." so those die hard Minute Men formed the vanguard once again, Their prayers and pleas were "no retreat", their colonies were blood soaked streets. sisters, mothers, heard the sound, while sons and brothers bled the ground. So eat and drink but ne'er forget, and often think pon fallen vet, Ergo advice from history doth show the price of liberty. Scott Burn

George Washington's tactical strategy style relies on having intelligence from all spies before making a attack. He often attacks the enemy when they are stretch thin or place themselves in a strategic disadvantage like Cornwallis at Yorktown. He lost many battles but always retreat in good order keeping his army alive to fight another day. In fact Washington excels in tactical retreat. In my opinion, I would rank General Washington among the top 5 or 10 generals next to figures like Napoleon. King Frederick the Great who was a respected military genius of his time praise Washington's exploits at Trenton and Princeton as a tactical masterpiece. General Mikhail Kutuzov studied Washington's fabian strategy and use it against Emperor Napoleon during his invasion of Russia.

@@HistoryRebels That sounds really cool! I know it may fall outside of the scope of the series since they happened outside North America, but it would be nice if you could mention (even if by passing) other important battles and campaigns in the European and Asian theatres. Naval battles such as Ushant (1778), Cape St. Vincent (1780), Cuddalore (1783), the siege of Gibraltar, the 1779 Franco-Spanish Armada that tried to invade Britain, the war in India... I think they're important to show that what started as a fairly localized rebellion went on to become a full assault on all fronts of the British Empire, a bigger picture that is not often talked about.

One of the things emphasized here is that the Battle of Oriskany broke the Great Law of Peace between the Iroquois and began a civil war. It is known today as “A Place of Great Sadness”.
