I 100% agree Jason Griffith is the voice of Sonic and Shadow I wish he returned to voice them again

Really well made video! I enjoyed how you even studied and went over the versions of Shadow in even non-canon series. I agree with you that Sonic 06 Shadow is the best Shadow with SA2 shadow being very close. Sonic 06 Shadow and his relationship with Mephiles being a sort of "devil on his shoulder" and trying to guide Shadow to use his power to dominate others for his own freedom really hits home on a lot of the themes carried in the mainline entries of the Sonic timeline (SA2, Heroes, Shadow 2005, and finally ending with Sonic 06). I really do think Sonic 06 had some really great ideas, especially in the writing department. I hope Sega returns to telling some deeper stories that get the characters to better question their motives and how they've perhaps changed with time. Granted, Sega doesn't even do this much nowadays and the main cast is mostly static but perhaps they tell stories like this again one day.

Probably gonna get hate but i honestly like sonic boom's shadow, i get that he's not the best character but in he same time, the show has the characters in the most basic extreme personality the character have, for example: sonic being cocky, talking alot and being a smart ass. Shadow in the show is being towards what everyone though of shadow, edgy, tough, ect. Edit: I would love to see a this type of video but with silver the hedgehog and more

Ryan Drummond is a reeaaally close second for me, but my favorite will always be Jason Griffith. He captured all of Sonic so well.

Sonic Frontiers made me appreciate Roger, who I always felt could do a good Sonic if given the right dialogue. Even with that though, Jason Griffith is ultimately the GOAT.

Yeah I do gotta agree with this one here, while gameplay of SonicO6 wasn't exactly the best however though it makes up for it having a very good story arc telling. This is especially the case for the growth of the characters like Sonic, Silver, & Shadow of course but not only that but also gave fans a very interesting, morbid, & downright threatening villain in the form of Mepholtus the Dark

When it comes to the Shadow Android, my head cannon is that all Androids will not have crimson stripes, but all of the other colors, with the mix of flat crimson bot-like eyes and no mouths.
