Thank you for this video. I also just started setraline for severe anxiety (attacks) and panic attacks. I have been on the lowest dose for two weeks and had another episode the past two nights they come at night 😭 so it’s hard to sleep and I’m left with a grueling headache the next day. I’m supposed to go up in dosage next week so I’m not going to give up but I’m so tired of living like this., it has taken over my entire life ans it is absolutely the worst more terrifying thing I have ever experienced. I am very hopeful after seeing your video.

I started taking medication from this year july and my anxiety/panic attacks declined and felt much better! I don’t understand why therapy session always says negative about medication

Im a very anxious person but dont have panic attacks but Im also very sensitive like things affect me greatly and my grandma passed away 5 mnths ago and even talkin or thinkin about her if Im not careful I start crying a lot. Also my fathers health issues depress me.. My dr gave me that but Im too scared to take it. Does it help with depression???

Will the medication ( Serta, Lonazep) increase anxiety in the first few weeks? Should we change the medication if it's worsening the anxiety and depression?

Dear Indira 5 years ago you started Sertraline after a panic attach in class that was preceded by 4 years of crushing anxiety. 4 years and 3 months ago you gave an update to say it had helped you. Would it be possible to please update on your current situation? do you continue the meds, cut back from 50, or have you discontinued. Apologies if this is intrusive but your videos are very clear and authentic so an update would be appreciated. All the best! PS how come is it that people from Khazacstan are so smart and genuines. I've met about 10 over the years and each was way more adjusted than the average person

I remember some anxiety and depression from when I was a child. Just started Sertraline now at age 60.

Same things and I started sweating all around my body especially my forehead and back part of my neck and felt awkward around the people who surround me. Almost 7 years Anxiety doesn't go away. I should get proper medication, Thank you so much❤

I dont want to be rude by breathing technics sucks that doesnt help.When you are in an panick attack how on earth can you focus on your breathing?!?!Those people know nothing.Panick attacks is an fight with your body and brain.We cant control when those panick attacks will or not come.Its like the sea can you say to an wave hey wait i dont want you to be an big wave like no you cant say that it just comes .

i got my first panic attack after work one day and every day for the past 3 years ive been dealing with terrible anxiety, feeling like im about to fall backwards or pass out all day, perpetual "brain fog", gets worse when im driving or someone talks to me. finally gave in after 3 years and got on sertraline yesterday, praying it makes me normal again

Watching people have shared experience makes me instantly cry because it’s such a horrible debilitating thing. I guess I’m feeling the same way now and am considering it. How long after you started taking it did it work?

After going through a traumatic breakup 5 years ago. My anxiety afterwards never went away. Almost feels like my blood is poisoned. I fell heavy into drinking because that's the only thing that temporarily relieved it. But it always made things worse down the road. Interactions with my ex would cause dry heaving or gagging m chronic coughing. N laying in bed I have high heart rate. Hollow stomach. N like my veins feel hyper . N my breathing. Every breath feels like a sigh. I have never gone on anything. But I just can't take it anymore
