I didn't know the XS20 is on backorder. It also depends where you live, and it could be completely different per country. Where I live, there are plenty. When I compared these cameras, they were in stock in the US and European countries, and I can't look into the future. So, for that point, it's still an effective comparison.

@@cameradeals Thank you for your reply. I am in US at the moment and Fuji XS20, X100VI and even the XT30 II are out of stock everywhere which makes me sad. Probably because of this unavailability I'm going to go with a6700. This is going to be first camera, so I hope I'll have a good experience.

The A6700 is a great camera as well. The XT50 just got released as well. Will do a review on it as soon as I get a review model ;)

I'm pretty sure it won't be comfortable. With the additional handgrip you just get a little bit more grip, but nothing like you get with a Z6 and up.

If it makes you feel better: I could just borrow it from Fujifilm for a few weeks and had to send it back after. Even better: there are quite some other (and maybe better) options on the market, which are in stock! :)

The Sony A7C is a great camera indeed and about the same price if you look at the body. But with any lens it will get way more expensive. And I guess people choose the x100vi for its fixed lens and focal length. It is not a garbage camera at all and still uses the newest tech, which works well. Did you try shooting with the x100vi? :)

A7C is a better camera

Yeah that is quite disappointing indeed. Though, of all cameras on the market, it was most likely to happen to this model. The camera stores told me it was also completely sold out without an hour, which is an all-time record. I hope you'll get it soon, or else cancel it and look into another model?

Hi, thanks! That is a good question! I got the camera from Fujifilm to test and don't have it anymore. It uses the same screen as the previous versions, so maybe you could check it in a store with other Fujifilm models?

Yes, it does tend to overheat. Not long ago, I was taking photos for an hour inside, and it started giving overheating messages...

Yes and no. Yes as in quality and options, no in overheating possibilities. The good thing is that you can attach the external fan, which might be a game changer.

@@cameradeals I mean, it's available for work, isn't it, because my budget is enough for it. Actually, I wanted to buy a Sony a7s2, but there is a lot of price difference between them. Xs20 doesn't disappoint in the photo and video works, does it?

@YunusEmreSevuk Yeah definitely! The upside of the A7sii is the fact it is full frame and might deliver better quality in low light.

@@YunusEmreSevuk I think the X-S20 can get you better video resolution results even. But the A7S-series are almost unbeatable in low-light performance. One of the reasons is because it has huge pixels, but only 12MP. So, for photography you won't get big resolutions.

@@-windycitysammy- The X-T5 uses a 40MP sensor and the X-S20 a 26MP. The X-T5 is higher-end overall, and if you'd like to use those extra pixels, I would go for the X-T5.

@@cameradeals so with the extra megapixels, is the main advantage for this cropping? or is the image a whole lot better, punchier, more depth? don’t know if it’s worth the extra money.

@@-windycitysammy- In general, it is more powerful than the X-S20. There are more differences, and after I release the X100VI review, I will start editing the X-T5, where I compare it to the X-S20 too. But, this might take a little while.

The autofocus of the A6700 is better than on the X-S20, and on the X-S20 I notice it is searching for focus from time to time. I think IBIS performance is more or less the same on both cameras. Now, I am not used to using ibis or autofocus on cameras and therefore think it doesn't really matter. It is good to practice your manual focus pulling. But of course it depends what you use the camera for. If it is for vlogging, the autofocus of the A6700 is better, but the X-S20 has good AF too.

Yes, a stop or two is good. You could always turn on the Log assist and see how it turns out. Give you a good idea how to expose in the future and in different light circumstances.

It outputs 120fps files and have to slow it down yourself.

I see what you're getting at. Indeed, it is possible to use an iPhone in order to make professional money with your content. So you are correct. I meant in bigger studio setups. Think of working in studios where it gets hot and the cameras too. Places where you need to be able to shoot continuously for interviews or documentaries, where your gear just can't fail you. Next time I'll rephrase my sentence. I guess I'm from the 'old' generation who is used to Arri camera environments and I connect that to serious and professional. But you're right, it is a different time, and serious and professional is possible with any gear and lots of effort 👌💪😄

In my experience, until now, it doesn’t overheat taking skills. I think this could only happen when using the burst continuous mode for a like time whilst being exposed to the sun or very warm environments.

It would have been better if it was weather sealed indeed, but the camera isnt that expensive, looking at camera prices nowadays and rivaling models.

I've never used the auto mode and were able to use it as well :)

@@cameradeals yes but the 35mm equivalent is 0.71x for the a6700, the x-s20 has a 0.93x magnification or 0.62x 35mm equivalent
