Aoa Aapi....My brain was in the situation like somthing like iron chains are jerking/pulling it, it looks like stucking in somewhere down from its natural position and struuggling to overcome it. Sometimes its behave like I am forcing you to do its job, and it behaves like going to brust within no time. I have suffer these situtution during my struugle against depression and anxiety. Did this specfic sistuation happended with you also?

These days depression is so common in young generation as well as in those who are forced to live alone. There is less trust in people which causes the people live separatly especially for those who are more connected to deen because we don't like to live in behayai.
