These days depression is so common in young generation as well as in those who are forced to live alone. There is less trust in people which causes the people live separatly especially for those who are more connected to deen because we don't like to live in behayai.
I agree with the fact that one of the reasons that one goes through a feeling of loneliness is because we avoid free mixing and all. Depression is something which can affect someone from any age group. Trust factor is missing indeed but maybe people also prefer keeping to themselves because they never felt truly understood so they rather keep to themselves. Aoa Aapi....My brain was in the situation like somthing like iron chains are jerking/pulling it, it looks like stucking in somewhere down from its natural position and struuggling to overcome it. Sometimes its behave like I am forcing you to do its job, and it behaves like going to brust within no time. I have suffer these situtution during my struugle against depression and anxiety. Did this specfic sistuation happended with you also?
Waalaikumsalam. I understand your situation. May Allah make it easy for you. Out of my understanding, maybe your brain is constantly under pressure to do, do and do. Unlearning that and teaching yourself to be still and in the moment is what you must focus on. Kindly avoid taking any pressures and be easy with yourself. Take professional help if it goes beyond control bcuz you and I can only understand so much. May Allah make everything easy for you, ameen 🌟
