I have a Boca bearing for the main crank but I really don't want to take it all apart. How can I oil the existing bearing?

I just cleaned my CU-200, i followed you step by step and my reel drag won't hold. Please help i took the reel apart 3 times.

This is a stupid question I have a curado 200xg and they discontinued the drive shaft do I have to use the same one or can I use any driveshaft on my reel

That's a rotor not a bail cup.

I must say from abu reels . Shimano is better made IMO and easier to take apart . This reel won’t break 1995 and still not broke in.

I have several Curado reels including a 200BSF that was jerked out of the boat, sat in saltwater for a couple hours and I caught the cork handle 75 yards up the bank after moving to fish closer to rocks. It didn't have a fish on it but that was probably 16 years ago and it's still going strong. I used your video to go deeper than I normally do. I am accustomed to replacing my drag washers and bearings, but the other disassembly, cleaning, lubrication and reassembly was a bit more intimidating. Thanks to you I have do all of it to the level you did. I have probably 40 reels and I service them all myself, from ultralight spinning reels to offshore 2 speeds and everything in between. It's a great past time if you have the patience. Thanks again.

How would you suggest extracting one of the side plate bolts that’s stripped?

Where can you get spare parts for this? I got one cheap at a yard sale and it is missing the spring and cap that goes next to handle.

You saved My life for a 250 i disassembled an entire year ago. Frustrating is the right word to describe the assembly. It happens my reel miss (from when i bought it used) the spring preload washer and the retaining clips of the bearings. I gave you a follow you are the clock maker of reels.

If yours didn’t work following the step by step try putting the big part of the spring (that has a big and small side) in the hole, and use the short side as the one to hold the parts in place that’s what mine took!

I’m putting mine back together right now you help me do Corrado 200 the salt water version the older one I would have been able to do without your video I haven’t watched any of your other videos but if you’re asking about what you could do for film content you could do a before what it sounds like actually Casting lure And you’re after You can do a video out on the water or in your yard you can do a video to see how far it would cast when it was dirty and how far cast if it improves the cast ability after the cleaning The one I’m taking apart right now it sounds bad when I cast it real smooth but when I cast it it sounds really ugly

what oil are you using?

I noticed at 37:21 that the small brass washer that was in the top left corner disappeared, was that the wash that goes under the palm side bearing?

I love this reel I can cast a mile with a 2 oz total beast
