Correction-the narrator, Simon Vance, is renowned. I have listened to many books by him. He does a fine job with the Afrikaans names and words, and distinguishes characters very well. But his voice is upperclass British most of the time.

I’m 37% into the audiobook. The narrator does a fine job with all the various South African voices. You have given an excellent review.

Its nice up there, the Glendinning homestead isn't far from where you were camping, we camped at Ferguson's for a few days (years ago) and my dog was growling then a huge ruckus in the water, like loud as but a fair way off, i awake in morning told the others they didn't hear a thing, that night just about to hit the sack, same noise, it was bloody Emus going flat out in the shallow water, just letting off steam, doing their crazy dance, super bright torch picked them up a few hundred meters away.

I've forgotten what its like to get back to nature and this video is a reminder to me of how much I do miss it and how nature can help reset yourself for every day people life🙂. Thanks so much for sharing and the reminder!

Only about 1/4 cup of salt actually. I do this full clean once a month. Each week though I refresh 1/4 of the water with rainwater and give the tank a wipe down.

Hi mate i came across you on your walk i was camping with my collie. If i had of known you vlog and have this channel i would have loved to have a proper yarn with you. How good was the weather 5 days no wind rain clear skies best time of year to camp i reckon. I just bought a gopro and have been thinking about vlogging my camps so would have been great to pick your brain damn. Keep the vids going mate, next time your down this way i will send you some info of some other secret spots you will like around the area.

Nice little setup. I had a similar setup with my old 6 x 4 trailer. I had King's gear and worked great. Roof top tent with annex, 270 degree awning. Made my own 12v system. Was a great little trailer but now have upgraded to an Opus Op-lite. There's so many spots in Victoria like this.

Gets very busy during Xmas and Easter holidays. A lot of people camp below high water mark. Have never seen a glider there before. Great video.

You shouldn't need to deload from weight training after 30 days. Especially if you've only done half a dozen workouts in a month.
