Thank you for your vid. I'm waiting for my bms to arrive. So after that time what's your experience? I must to say that terminal and front plate are definitely to close. I'm understanding that correctly heating point is for negative of the heater and positive go to battery +? And it take charging current to turn the heating before charging? In my bms is two sensors and is it possible to turn on Charging when temp Gonna reach on one sensor? For example one sensors is on the middle of te battery between cells and waiting to reach min. temp to start charging and the second sensor is right under the plate with heater preventing to overheat.

Never heat your battery above 60 Celcius! This video is up for a few years and taught a lot of people how to prematurely kill their battery... A 5 degrees Celcius thermal switch would be ideal.

Bro nice vid as debating between these two pumps! Seaflo way better! I have to say though I think some of your noice is your mounting. It sounds like the panel you have the pump mounted to is actually vibrating. I bet if you mounted it differently it would be even more quiet!

No need to take the back off of some ovens, as noted in another comment above.. I took my back off my Sharp E0-70K oven to follow your directions, and when looking at the contacts noticed an adjustment screw. It is accessed through the hollow brass spindle after removing the temperature control knob. It's white plastic, straight blade screwdriver. Can do little adjustments either direction to fine tune the thermostat contacts.

I put the master disconnect switch on the negative as u did and it cut power to all but one balancer lead as shown on the app by high voltage on one of the cells. This in turn threw off my volatage conformaty on the app. Wondering if u had the same. Also, tried wiring in the on/off switch to a halo LED push button and when i turned on the option in the app, the bms kept turning off/on quickly despite pressing or depressing the halo switch?

I just ordered two of the red vevor units for emergency heat at our house. Started them tonight, and one is leaking diesel from the seam in the plastic on the heating unit itself. Also had a leak at the pump output connection put that was an easy trim and reconnect since the clamp had torn the line at factory install. I’m sure I can further determine the source of that he heater leak by further taking it apart but I’ve not seen any videos with this issue. Makes me wonder if the casting has a crack or something…?
