Perfect Chicken Kiev Recipe: Crispy, Juicy & Packed with Flavour!
This is my black garlic chicken kiev! Crispy, juice and packed with flavour!
Ingredients: 2 Chicken breasts, 125g garlic butter, 6 black garlic cloves, 15g chopped parsley, juice of 1 lemon and season with salt and pepper.
Breading: 2 eggs and 15ml heavy cream (double cream), 50g seasoned plain flour, 100g seasoned breadcrumbs.

Great recipe, going to try this out soon. As a side note, the spelling is fine. That's how the dish's name is spelled, even if that isn't what the city is referred to as now. Looking forward to more.

@@Gulasgrubnot any more, the supermarkets now tend to use the Ukrainian spelling
@@Gulasgrub please respect the origin of the dish where it was invented (in Kyiv, not in Kiev). Spelling Kiev is a part of russian colonization and culture expansion. I dont want to sound aggressive or something, but this spelling have a lot of tremendous context behind it, especially nowadays. Afterall as a citizen of the country, cuisine you are cooking of, I want to say that im glad to see that this dish can appear in such experimental form and i enjoyed your version of the recipe. I don't know how you could do that with Texas. Chop that barbecued brisket darlin. I do usually prefer sliced, but if the barbecue is good, I'll happily take it either way. One ingredient chopped sandwiches are hard to screw up.
