Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb Recipe

Rack of lamb - thats been trimmed
75g Panko bread crumbs
15g Rosemary
30g Sage
10g Thyme
1 TBSP Salt
10g Dried Oregano
1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
