My friend is scholar for 1 year now , they are not converting him in even intern, they promised to make you intern in 6 month but nothing happened, and also that we will become FTE in 1 year which is also a big lie.
They mostly favour the people on basis of their looks , ethnicity and gender. Now my friend was not even able to give CUET and JEE or and other competitive exam , because he did not know that these people will betray him .
They make us sign confusing agreements, and later use against us.
If you deny to sign any consent form they scare you by sending notice which says that if we do not sign consent they will terminate us and our money will not be refunded.
My humble request to anyone seeing this , please do not choose this programme only by looking the benefits, these are the tactics they use to attract you and later kick your ass when their work is done.

Hcltech HR has forcefully resigned me today, it's still in process, what to do? Can I get allotted to different project now?
Or should I focus on future and new job?
You have to negotiate with them. Salary or notice period. Maybe you can get a different project. But they don't allow you.
