Off topic. What is your workout routine? Your Upper body is what I would like to work my way up to,
I can't do cartwheel, I fall on my back, so I'm learning to do handstand forward roll. Can you please make a video of that too? I'm still scared of falling.
If you can’t cartwheel out yet don’t roll, that’s much more dangerous and a harder skill to learn that cartwheeling to the side. Like I showed in the video, if you can’t cartwheel just bend your knees and put your feet down on the ground. Practice on a soft surface as part of your regular training and over time you will be able to cartwheel to the side!

Yesss! Wall work is super helpful for mobility and getting the feel of movement.
I would love to try this, but does my wrist pain will be worst if i do this? I am recovering
Without knowing what your wrist pain is from I would suggest seeing a physio to find out what’s actually happening with your wrist before jumping into handstands. The second suggestion is to spend more time warming up the wrists before you do your handstands Lastly just listen to your body, maybe you can do 10 seconds on your hands and it feels good but going longer might be too much. Just train within comfort and over time of getting stronger in your wrists you will have more capacity!

Any recommendations for no of reps
Oh yes! Press lean for just starting out I like 5 + 5 second hold, for pike compression lifts 20 reps for singles and 10 reps for doubles, 10 reps for pancake and 1-3 negative press reps per set.
