I've never been in an MLM so maybe it's a stupid question but if I'm not a consultant and just want to buy their stuff, why would I want to host a party? Hosting a party sounds like a big hassle for some discount.

Anytime I go to a craft and vendor show, I avoid MLM booths like the plague ... They are annoying people and really don't belong there, in my opinion ..

My consultant was a real life friend. I tried to help keep her a float without hurting my own family in the process. I cried when I learned the $50 I spent with her didn't earn her much.

Thank you for the background on parties and vendor events. I love how she said she’s not at vendor events to sell the products. I attended an IT conference a couple weeks ago. There was no whooping. The vendors were there to sell their software and services, not to sign people up to sell. I hadn’t heard the BS about fans before. I guess the recruits can cosplay as celebrities in addition to cosplaying as business owners.

Is the translator a scentsy consultant, or is she a random professional who is wondering just what in the hell she is translating.

Ok now they are excluding the ASL interpreter on purpose. That means other Deaf consultants can't watch this to know what is being said. For MLM content that is awesome! For equity and access for all it sucks big time.

I wish they would center the speaker and the interpreter. The interpreter is great. I won't accept these jobs. You can't pay me to scam people.
