Theres one more verse that is always forgotten "there is a room thats full of toys there are a hundred boys and girls nobody shouts or talks too loud not in my castle on a cloud" because they messed up the lyrics while recording or filming
The licensing company doesn't license the full show to amateur companies (i.e. schools) so there's verses that have been left out - from this song as well as a few others.

As I explained below, I used this in my classroom. It is "for the purposes of film analysis." It does not contain any analysis in and of itself. Sorry to disappoint.

G G it's spelled "nasally". It should also be noted that "nasally" is an adverb which makes no sense given the grammatical context of your comment. The word you're actually looking for is the adjective "nasal".

I struggled to watch this, nothing against the actresses but cosette couldn't sing and Madame thénardier was a little too over the top and angry sounding in my opinion
"She's too old"Yeah. Well amateur groups can't exactly rent young children for Thier performances. Casts don't just come out of thin air.
Also, she overacts because it's livs theatre. The audience has to SEE what she's doing. The quality of her acting is debatable, but overacting in itself is common in theatre. You have to understand that they need to make sure people sitting way in the back can still see what's going on. That's why early movies like Nosferatu were so over dramatic. Actors had no idea how to react to a canera, and as they were so used to overdoing it for live theatre, they just went with that.

+Ashley Winn, I think it depends on your voice and how you look. If you're tall, look a bit mature for your age, and have a more mature voice, you probably wouldn't be able to, but if you're more petite, and have a higher, less matured voice, then you could most likely pull it off. 😊 And, if it doesn't work out, you could always play adult Cosette in a few years!
