Nobody asked if Harvey was ok, until it was too late. They should have been there for him. Gordon should not have asked him questions immediately about what he knows about the kidnappers and Batman should not have given him that coin.

I like how this Harvey feels like a real person and him and Bruce are actual friends. I’d say he’s better in this than the animated series

I get the idea of what you mean but... in a game that's whole purpose is to allow my choices to change things... It felt kind of weak. I find the tell-tale games have a path that they REALLY want the player to go down, like they almost beg you to pick it. The characterisation of Selina if you don't fall for her charms is actually kind of goofy. I personally didn't want my bruce to kiss her, so she suddenly became this really desperate woman, who in every cutscene would be like "can we please kiss now? No? oh..." It just feels like bad writing for the devs not to be able to comprehend alternate paths. This hurts in harveys story because it really didnt feel intentional. The idea of it being inevitable is an interesting concept. But in action, it felt more like tell-tale going "Oh, nobody would bother to save twoface right? Who cares, just make him evil somehow!"

I gotta give it to this show. It is a major underrated classic from my childhood that I never got to finish. I'm hoping to at least revisit it and see if I can't find the whole show on DVD or something so I can finish it up and give my honest review on it, but I definitely think this would be a cult classic sometime in the near future.

This show is basically the animated equivalent of a Michael Bay film series.

everything about this show is INCREDIBLE. the music is stunning, the stories during both arcs are great (especially the second arc, god damn), Razer and Aya especially are fantastically well-written… I’m obsessed with this show. I really am. and for what it’s worth, Aya’s villain arc _devastated_ me. I can’t watch this show without crying uncontrollably by the end. also this show was my introduction proper to Green Lantern, so to learn that Larfleeze is not only a major GL character but also a massive fucking menace, was insane to me

What I also enjoy about it is how Diedrich Bader's Batman voice has some nice differences in the tone depending on who he is interacting with. One of my favorite examples to use is the episode from season 1 where he teamed up with Omac. Whenever Batman talks to Buddy, you get a bit more of a softer tone to show he has sympathy towards him due to Buddy wanting to be a hero like Bats. Once Batman finds out about Buddy essentially being experimented on to become Omac, a soldier created to fight by using the power of brother eye, yet at the same time, lacks Buddy's heart, Batman becomes understandably mad, and uses a tone of voice that shows he's not fond of Omac at all.

The soundtrack is absolutely fantastic. Perhaps best animated soundtrack of amy series of the decade. And the animation is stunning and the love stories really deep and realistic for a kid's show.

This show is great but I do have some issues with it. Early on nightcrawler finds out that raven is his mother and that's a great episode but after that it's never gets brought up again, nightcrawler and raven never really get a proper chance to speak too each other. Magneto is great,he feels always feels like a proper threat,props to Christopher judge and I like how he's built up in season 1 as this ominous figure but after that he doesn't really do a lot until we get to apocalypse,my last issue is with boliver trask and the sentinels,once again cool episode when they show up and I don't mind the ending but I wish during season 2 that they appeared earlier and we got more of a buildup of them constructing the sentinels instead of all that being shown in just 2 episodes

I for 1 really love the animation style in this. And Iron Man Armored Adventures was 1 of my personal favorite super hero shows back in the day when I was around 12 and 13.

X-men tas was way better but this show was still amazing

I remember being a kid when this movie came out and I didn't really understand the concept of recasting so I literally thought the actress was the same person as Katy Holmes and was trying to figure out how her face and voice changed so much lol. Tbh I really didn't like the version of her in dark night she always felt a little annoying but now that I go back to batman begins Rachel gives me the same vibe in that movie too. I think she is just unlikeable in general lol

I never really understand why everyone in the movie washes his balls so much Early on. They try too hard to make him this larger than life , can do no wrong presence. The scene where he disarms the guy in court makes me cringe because of this. It's like okay way to lay it on super thick lol "But your honor I'm not done" woooow he doesn even wanna take a break from work after almost dying!! I half aspect them to lift him up on their shoulders and chant his name lol

Yup, this video deserves more views! Evolution was a good show with a premise I didn’t like. X-men is already set in a boarding school, so de-aging them and doing the high school drama thing is a bit meh. But once I “forgave” that, the show became really effective and satisfying.

Telltale Batman has some of the best and most unique adaptations of all batman villains I mean you explained Harvey well and my boy John Doe is one of my fav joker iterations as you get to see him fall into the madness and no matter what John Doe is just a timer ticking down to becoming the joker you can try lead him down the path of heroics but he will eventually turn to chaos or you may just cause him to turn to being the villain of your dreams so to put it simply telltale Batman has some very well written versions of Batman’s greatest foes

My favorite episode is when they all lose their rings and lack their powers and means of communication. It was so amazing

I really enjoyed Beware the Batman and im currently on episode ~10 of GLTAS and it's been really good so far. Wish we still had both shows. NOOOO SPOILERS IM SO DUMB

Something that is easily forgotten is just how different thie version of batman was from what we had running around at the time this was made during the heights of the batman is an overly serious grim brooding Batman era that was kicked off my Frank Miller and here we have a Batman who was every bit the serious hero but had a sense of humor he had friends he trusted he was in his own way actually healing and becoming more human again

As a Kid I really didn't like it. I think this is because I just grew up with the earlier DCAU and didn't understand what Brave and Bold was doing. Now, after growing up and having a better understanding of the character, I really apprecaite the show a lot more.

First part doesn't make sense cuz cw flash doesn't run like him

While the destination for Harvey is mostly the same no matter what you do there is a difference in his character based on whether or not he's scarred. If he is scarred he becomes more aggressive, vengeful and deeply insecure. Unscarred the most obvious difference is that he sees Batman as an ally but psychologically the key difference is there's a larger focus on paranoia. Harvey only just barely avoided a maiming that would stick with him for life and his fear of the Children of Arkham striking again makes him an absolute paranoid wreck. Gosh I love these games. I should play them again.

Plus the other criminals realize that joe chill created Batman and presumably kill him anyway.
