Oh my god man I was so excited for this show. I've been waiting for Marvel to do something good with animation again and this show despite having some decent episodes was a complete joke otherwise. I felt like I was going insane during some episodes, they just defied all logic and worldbuilding.

I would give a 5/7. Not every episode in the series was masterpiece (I agreed the finale felt rushed and didn’t develop the team dynamic), but they were all enjoyable on their own and the creators knew how to play with the multiverse concept and go more weird with it.
I specially like both the Zombie episodes as well the party Thor. While I would prefer that the zombie episode had scenes of the heroes worried and dealing with the lost of their friends and allies, I’m ok with the execution since it fits the theme of the story, about keeping hope and optimism in a dark situation. I’m also glad the way Uncle Ben was mentioned in the episode. As much I enjoy the Raimi movies I feel they made Ben into this Jesus figure who Peter needs to talks every single second and I always prefer something more like the Stan Lee and Steve Ditko run or Spectacular Spider man cartoon, where the focus is on Peter dealing with other problems and Uncle Ben is only mention in few and very rare occasions, making the tragedy of his death feel much more real and Spider man into a much more inspiring hero, using his humor to hide his pain and not let his friends be worried about him.
As for Party Thor, while they could had gone a more serious path, considering how most of the episodes (except for Captain Carter and Panther of the Galaxy) have been dark and twisted, his episode was a breath of fresh air, a calm before the storm that would be the Ultron episode. It was funny, had amazing fights between Thor and Captain Marvel and I like some details like the fact that Loki is a frost giant and friends with Thor instead of enemies.

I really appreciate this comment. It’s always nice to see others opinions. And I don’t want Uncle Ben to be the main thing in the MCU. Just have Peter be upset about losing his suitcase or keep a photo on his desk would be enough.
As for the show overall, I think it was okay, they just could’ve don’t a lot better with the tools they were given.

If the MCU doesn't care about Uncle Ben, then they don't care about Peter. They do not care about any of the great heroes Stan Lee Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko and others have created. I should not be surprised, but this is still frustrating.
