Waterfall park is pure negotiation and super easy to table. Moonrakers is top tier for me, but waterfall park is super accessible

Didn't play the same seed but played along and got a score of 238. This game is amazing, time to beat that score now.

If the theme were, say, outer space battles, I'd say yes. But decadence and opulence was the order of the day in ancient Rome so it fits with the theme perfectly.
