Hello Dear Leila ❤️ hope you’re getting better and better! You are so brave !! 💪
Recently I have been expecting big flare up too 👻 . After one year TSW I was almost healed… but one month ago I needed to get thought 5 days of hormone treatment, and that caused my huge flare. I wake up and I couldn’t see , my eyes were so swollen.😩 But here’s the truth, we do get stronger on this journey and we are more equipped with knowledge and tools how to go back on track. All the best for You !! Let’s keep fighting 🏋🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️

    Thanks for sharing.
For eating sardine, were you able to find fresh one or canned sardine?
When I eat canned food, it just give me flare up, and I believe is because of the high histamine.

No they have to be fresh sardines! If you can’t find those then try fresh mackerel. Any small oily fish (less mercury) the better.

And can I also use dairy free plant based butter and yogurt, available in ASDA Supermarket and others. Please confirm

I would need to read the ingredients. Am based in France and we don’t have Asda sorry.

      Ideally no potato starch

You’re better off with an olive oil spread

Have you ever had to return to steroids? Does medication effect your skin?

    • @Urshula3

I had one time without knowing I am, I was at hospital emergency and they gave me a steroid shot for pain (not related to skin), even I specifically told doctor before I am allergic to steroids. And only then I came back and look at paper I got from hospital, I saw that one of shots was steroids, so 2 days my skin get better, because obvious, and then 3rd night I couldn't breath normally, because my neck was red and looked like a balloon, it got swelled really bad.

Disappointed ☹️ you went back on to them. Even tho I’ve felt at times I wanted to, the negative side effects and stress on the organs is not worth it.
Staying hydrated, refraining from bombarding oneself of the ‘triggers’ rebuilding gut biome, and supplements Can Keep Eczema from being So Angry.
This post of you going Back On Steroids isn’t helping anyone. Recommend taking it off… just sayin.
I may be over reacting because I’ve been able to treat my past asthma w/o meds, and successfully!

Sorry to hear that but unfortunately I needed them for my asthma as I said in my video. If you can’t breathe then am afraid in my case they were necessary. I would never take them for my skin condition. The video was to simply share how I needed them even though it was a 2 day course. How and what I do to recover from the side effects. My skin is back on track and all is well. Sorry to see you go but this was an exceptional circumstance.

I had asthma too! There are supplements ( foods) triggers…that help/ eliminate attacks. I haven’t had to use my emergency inhaler for over 15 years or longer IM me!!
