WELCOME to my Fishing Channel, I'm Adria. I was born and raised in South Florida where it all started, my family enjoyed fishing and I grew up fishing beaches, piers and charter boats. Never did I think I would be doing this competitively today. I am very passionate about fishing that I became a USCG Licensed Captain where I run charters out of Venice, FL.
My Channel is going to teach you how to catch fish and my techniques I use, how to clean and cook your catches. I fish mainly Offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. You will also find on my Channel all the rigs and set ups I use to catch fish, along with product reviews. Let me know if there is something specific you would like for me to share with you.

Ballyhoop Collapsible Net - Windy day in the Gulf of Mexico
In this episode JR from Ballyhoop joins me to teach me how the net works to catch bait. We had bait all around us but unfortunately the wind conditions blowing almost 30MPH did not allow for a successful day to catch bait. We tried on the Gulf side and inside the bay with no success. However, the Ballyhoop is a great net to use which makes it very easy to catch bait of course on more favorable days.

@@spunkito3 when reeling up fish from the deep they get what’s called barotrauma which means they get air in their swim bladder so in order to survive you have to puncture it so that the air gets released otherwise they will float and die

The sign of a great guide is fish too big. I had 1 once. He got me the biggest fish of my life. Then an even bigger predator took 3/5 of it away. Exhilarating good fun. I'm totally envious.

Just for some pointers, I’d recommend being more direct with filming, so start short closer to when you get the fish, then talk a little about the fish. You could add music in background too
