I’m glad they included skybattle in this event with a roster like this! We really don’t see it being played by a bunch of cool creators like otv so it’ll be fun to see how they do and also I really hope they’ll start including skb in more events like this with like the underdogs roster or pride rosters! I do understand how skb can be a bit tricky to understand for newcomers who don’t play a lot of minecraft but I also know that it isn’t the most complicated game. I would say the most difficult and not beginner friendly is sg which only has 1 round compared to 3 rounds.

i agree with you that the walls of the meltdown map look a little um bland but i really love the concept and the decision they made to base the new meltdown map off of the nether update i like the hot and cold combined vibe!

The meltdown map does look a little boxy and plain to me it’s hard to make the nether blocks look good unless you really lean into the crimson and and warped stuff One thing I noticed tho is it being such dull dark colors makes the players stick out a lot more in comparison which I imagine will make it easier to spot people and might be interesting for gameplay

i think it's nice and fresh that mcc maps don't look like 'mcc maps' if that makes sense, it makes this event more unique, and more exciting. also, it's so cool how truthful they are to the theme of the event, while also sticking to vanilla MC structures (like pillager outposts) also, i am optimistic about the map aesthetics of Meltdown, i think the bastion part is really cool, and i'm hopeful the map revolves on all of the different MC nether biomes, instead of focusing on the bastions btw, while vanilla MC structures don't look the best, i for some reason still really excited for the SG map, lol, i just like the idea

There is so much new content and it looks like it would be really fun to play, this is definitely going to be one of the best MCC's in my opinion

Seeing new maps for meltdown and ace race is always exciting, and seeing them try to stay faithful to the designs of early monecraft while experimenting is fun as well

Welcome to analysis and theories with Gragg: I don't think Minecraft has revealed what the next update will be. I think the ender cup came out of nowhere and maybe it's just what stands out for a Minecraft x MCC but they could've just called it the Minecraft cup. What I'm thinking is that the ender cup is teasing what the next update is about. An End expansion/update. Matpat should've gave his channel to me. They should've hired me to write a few game theories

honestly props to Noxcrew and Minecraft. I'm pretty bad at the game but it's not impossible to finish the 15 challenges, admittedly took me way longer than usual players to complete some challenges
