Gut issues, skin issues, heart palpitations etc. Have seen lots of Dr.s over the past couple years here in the states, none of them could find anything obviously wrong with me and almost all of them wouldn't contribute it to covid. I was a 100% healthy athlete beforehand. Its wild I have to turn to TH-cam for answers and symptom relief.

It’s been 11 years since I began not being able to fall asleep naturally. I had to be committed because of the lack of sleep 11 years ago, then I was prescribed seroquel. It helps me sleep (the only medication that helps) but I want to get off it so so bad. I used to work out all the time and pay special attention to my diet so I could find out how to sleep naturally. Nothing helped. Now I’m considering getting some allergy tests done to see if there are foods that are causing the insomnia. I hate waking up every morning being hung over from the seroquel from the night before. I suspect it’s some type of inflammation but I have no clue and drs have no ideas.

i am not medically trained but my wife is a doctor who doesn't practice any more she asks for my advice as i am constantly researching etc, i have a hypothesis and i am hoping to find medically trained people that can prove it in relation to mcas and long COVID . and vaccine side effects etc, when i was a young child i was a healthy child until around 11 years old i was hit by a car and received a damaged brain i still to this day have a bruise on my brain i cant spell remember names or dates etc but my brain works very different to most people it find clues or bits of puzzles and puts them together it hard to explain really, anyhow my hypothesis is mcas is a neurological condition it works on the same pathway as nicotine caffeine and vitamin b1 etc for some reason i think the biogenic amines in food are interfering with the never signalling in the autonomic nervous system etc how i come to this idea is i went 2 stories high and landed on my head , i got hay fever allergies etc after , then in my early twenties i had another accident and received bad whiplash which has damaged the discs etc in my neck , there are studies showing that neck injuries cause mcas symptoms etc, now i spent nearly 30 years doing everything i could to heal my gut you name it i have tried it, since eating only beef lamb and salt and water my diet was so clean i could add things back in one at a time different chemicals stimulate different nerves which create different symptoms in different body parts etc any way i added coffee back in my diet and reacted to it so i looked for caffeine retaliated to nerves system , etc i tried nicotine chewing gum as nicotine helps with the half life of caffeine in the body but in my case i got worse so i look at nicotine pathway etc, i found that coffee and nicotine both deplete thiamine b1 in the body , so i started to look into thiamine etc , it was used for treatment for seriously ill COVID patients and nicotine was used to treat COVID as well and smokers didn't get seriously ill from COVID so then i looked into ivermectin effects on the nervous system and you guessed it , now after my neck injury i developed psoriasis and gilberts syndrome neither of these are in my family yet are suppose to run in families i have healed both now how is that possible as i was told that cant happen. i had psoriasis for a few years i took selenium and milk thistle and it cleared up over a year or so my liver test still showed i was jaundice and you could see this in my eyes and skin etc my doctor wife would always point it out etc, just after i cleared that up the psoriasis, i got glandular fever which really effected my energy levels etc but i wasn't to bad that went on for 2 years then i got really ill and had every test they could think of they couldn't work out what was going on they gave up and sent me to a endocrinologist it was there i learnt that i had contracted the mumps and learnt about amines in food etc since going on a meat diet and drinking chlorine dioxide i never get yellow or have bowel problems or yellow stools etc which was a daily thing for me for decades also as the years went by i would be sitting on the toilet and saliva would pour out of my mouth with the pain from my bowels i have read that this is from the nervous system, lately i have been taking b1 supplements and it seems to be helping with my nerves etc as i still get pain in my left side from my neck, so i believe that COVID is a bio weapon that effects the nervous system as i have read that the same symptoms can be achieved by the nervous system and spinal injuries to the neck can cause mast cell activation . now i am not claiming that every person with mcas has had a tbi or i neck injury but i believe viruses are damaging the nervous system some how this part i cant work out as i am not a doctor that can run tests on people , maybe they deplete vitamins and minerals etc as i have researched that the modern diet eg carbs block the absorption of b1 as well so if people have low levels by our modern diet then get a virus which puts the system under stress maybe this could be enough to create a chronic condition etc, wishing you and your family all the best by the way don't ever let your daughter get morphine i died on the operating table from it maybe this is why i was sent back ?

The video is very nice and explains a ton of information. But honestly, people just want a cure. But no one knows a cure. I want people to understand that those who are having long covid like me I am trying different supplements to try and help reduce the pain. Let me know what you have tried also. But here is a list of things that can help with the pain. Please try it out and let me know if it helped you also. Listen to your body as your body and you are the best doctors. 1. Heat Sauna or hot water with Epsom Salt Try to do it 2 or 4 times a week. Your skin may be sensitive so you might want to be extra careful with the Hot water bath with Epsom Salt 2 to 5 cups depending on your tub size and do it for 40 minutes. For Dry Sauna for those who are sensitive to water then 20 to 40 minutes. Do drink water and take breaks. 40 minutes is a long time in a sauna. 2. Supplements 1. Magnesium 100 mg - can help with muscle pain take low amounts and increase slowly 2. vitamin B1 100 mg - can help with energy production 3. CoQ10 60 mg - helps with energy production 4. Boswellia Root powder - helps with joint pain and inflammation 5. Ginger root - Can help reduce pain in muscles If you are having trouble with Mood because of the pain such as Depression try the following. 1. CBD - you can get drops or a drink. Do not take much and test yourself on it. The CBD can reduce inflammation and help with the pain. 2. GABBA - helps with depression 3. Ashwagandha - helps with depression 3. Exercise - if you can do it good for you. If you can not. Try only 4 minutes and build up your strength. But listen to the body if you can't do it don't do it. Because if you overdo it you'll crash and can't get out of bed. DIET CHANGES: 1. No bread or grain. 2. No sweets or candy or anything like it 3. No coffee 4. No beer 5. smoking A diet that you can change to help with pain 1. KETO - veggies and meat Try fasting 1 time a week for 12 to 14 hours. I have tried so many drugs from the doctor and none of those drugs helped. Tried over 20 drugs and they made me sick. Maybe you can try drugs with Western medicine but honestly, they made me sicker. Try Chinese Medicine to get better. If you found a supplement or something that has helped you please let me know. because we need a cure for this and a way to get better. Sadly in my area, I am on my own. Doctors don't know and don't study it and most just do not care. If you have a nice doctor very good for you. Because I live in an area where they do not care if you die.

Hi, I got covid for the 2nd time this year 24 Feb and got long covid - couldn't get out of bed (think I had a milder version of long covid after the first time, in retrospect). Crippling fatigue. Went on antihistamines - you need an H1 and H2 blocker, for me that is Loratadine and Famotadine, taking one AM and one PM. I am also taking nattokinase, serrapeptase, NAC and quercetin complex. Plus probiotics - have also recently added Kefir (apparently it has a greater range of probiotics than yoghurt) and have a little sauerkraut on a sandwich every day. Also taking a pile of vitamins! If you get a magnesium supplement, make it magnesium glycinate as this is the one the body absorbs well. For vitamin D - get vitamin D3 & K2. Go hard on B vitamins. I'm also doing a niacin flush (B3). Brand is Solgar (not all B3 will make you flush. I seemed to get better fairly rapidly after taking these supplements (still on everything) - don't know if it was any one thing, or the combination. Hope you can find the way out.

6-7 months in for me. Not really sure what I did but I went from bed bound to like working on my classic truck again. I am a 26 year old male. Pretty sure mold was the biggest driver for me. Moved to SC from NJ. Lived in 2 different houses no problem. We moved into an older home and 2 months in the shortness of breath came on. It was relentless! 24/7 SOB. Every test was great. No Covid, lungs look great on ct scan. Prednisone didn’t help. Finally i went to a random urgent care by me. Dr prescribed Azithromycin 500 for 5 days. After the first dose I automatically started to feel better. 5th day my breathing was normal. That lasted a month.. and then it came back with a vengeance. Since that day I haven’t been able to get that satisfying breath. I believe that house ruined my life. I went on vacation for a month away from the house and felt amazing. Went back to the house and it took about 2 weeks before I got sick again.

Would it be correct to say that the changes she made helped her symptoms caused by Covid and mold, but the root cause needed to be removed (the mold) for her to recover? I have a lot of spike protein from (you know), so it would have to be removed for me to come back to normal. Lower histamine diets and proper sleep patterns will help symptoms, but the toxin is the cause, yes?

Long Covid causes a reaction that is the same as having T2 diabetes, and blood tests show it. But then it's a catch 22, you need to fast or exercise to prompt the body to repair it's self. LC and CFS is an issue with nervous system damage and fasting can promote healing, which will reduce the diabetes-like issues. So I think fasting has a lot of promise for LC/CFS, but maybe start with 16 hours, then 24, then longer, but it seems like 3 days is required for the maximum benefit.

Hi Angelika - yes, this would fit MCAS as histamine can be released by mast cells fairly rapidly after eating, which can in turn trigger adrenaline responses in the body and palpitations. There are many things you can do to help with this yes - I should do a follow up video to discuss some options as I realise I did not outline that in this one :)

Hi, thanks for that clear explanation. This fits my situation perfectly. I had ebv 16 years ago and the fatigue has been getting worse each year since. Last Oct 23 I caught covid for the 3rd time and I’ve been bed bound since. I asked the GP to give me the off label anti viral Valtrex but they refuse. Instead I’ve had to source mine from abroad. Currently taking 3g/ day .. still hoping this will help. Could you explain again how I can get tested for ebv and herpes reactivation please 🙏. I couldn’t quite catch this in the video

Hi Olly! Glad you found the video useful! The testing of our preference for this is from Immunosciences Lab (USA) via Regenerus Lab in the UK - this provides a good range of panels to look for involvement of ebv, herpes and other viral elements. You can order these yourself, however, it is recommended to work with a practitioner to interpret the results as many things play into why any virus's are reactivated and remain active, and different markers in the testing mean different things... Feel free to contact us is you need assistance :)
