Mold and EMF was already a on and off stressors for both me and my son. Covid came and made us both bed bound. Both of us had perfect health before this and no vaccines for either of us. I believe my optic nerves has been attacked, my sons optic nerves are healthy. I spent more time at the apartment than he did. I had the elevated ANA as well. Mood, anxiety, temperature regulation issues, flushing, digestive disruption, food sensitivity and supplements had extreme opposite reaction, internal vibrations, heart palpitations and shortness of breath, my son had acid reflux. We both had vertigo and migraines for months. We were practically crawling out of the apartment before realizing the apartment was keeping us sick. It’s been 10 months since the move and we are 80 -90 % better. We have detoxed from the mold and worked on pacing. We are still dealing with leaky gut and fatigue but so much better.

This is such a brilliant and comprehensive presentation, can't believe it doesn't have 100 000's of views! I've trained as a functional health coach, so understand how to think, but the way it is presented is brilliant. Please make a video on vaccine injury!

6-7 months in for me. Not really sure what I did but I went from bed bound to like working on my classic truck again. I am a 26 year old male. Pretty sure mold was the biggest driver for me. Moved to SC from NJ. Lived in 2 different houses no problem. We moved into an older home and 2 months in the shortness of breath came on. It was relentless! 24/7 SOB. Every test was great. No Covid, lungs look great on ct scan. Prednisone didn’t help. Finally i went to a random urgent care by me. Dr prescribed Azithromycin 500 for 5 days. After the first dose I automatically started to feel better. 5th day my breathing was normal. That lasted a month.. and then it came back with a vengeance. Since that day I haven’t been able to get that satisfying breath. I believe that house ruined my life. I went on vacation for a month away from the house and felt amazing. Went back to the house and it took about 2 weeks before I got sick again.

L-glutamine is great for guy lining in am!
Candida support is great, it has Oregano in it! Berberine has helped too!

You could have been talking about me! Became ill 2 weeks after first C vax. Took over 2 years to be diagnosed with ME/CFS. Also suffered otherviral outbreaks like Ellie and I live in a mouldy house! Not sure I'm going to get well any time soon, can't afford the help and support I need.
Thank you for all you do and the information you share.

Glad you found it insightful Nikki, and hope it gave you a few things to think about to help... If you are looking for a more cost effective solution, we have set up a group based solution where we'll be providing support for people every 2 weeks and focussing on alot of the things touched on in this video - there is a link in our youtube bio if you want to find out a bit more :)

This is exactly what I’ve been experiencing for the last year. I really wish I could find treatment like this or a Doctor who understood it in Oklahoma!

Hi Tracy! Try searching for a Functional Medicine practitioner on the IFM website directory - you should find someone local to you there, or someone who can do virtual appointments

As a functional dietitian who helps my clients with the OAT axis, gut and inflammatory issues (including MCAS, HI), this was really helpful in putting pieces together. Thank you. Love your videos!

I have a client who claims to have a bitter taste in their mouth in a fasted state yet when they eat, foods taste normal. Have you ever run into this? They also complain of muscle aches. Look into chronic infections? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.

Really useful video! Watched it all the way through and really like the logical progression that you take with this. I’d love for you to talk to someone like Gez Medinger, as I think showing this approach more widely would really benefit a lot of struggling people. Great work Jamie!
