Prince, this is a wonderful video comparison and shows what luxury comes with a price tag of $500,000. If you consider how much plots of land are being sold at these areas, then you'll understand the pricing for these properties. The fact that these properties are in the middle of busy Accra and prestigious neighborhood with no dirt roads in sight makes the price worthwhile.Aside from traffic that may hinder, these are the perfect location for these houses with very good road systems. Bad roads around Accra and other major cities cost Ghanaians billion of dollars annually, money that could have been used to invest into children education, building or starting businesses. This is something we need to start talking about because of the damages created by terrible roads surrounding the suburbs of Accra to cars and time wasted to get people to their destination

If it gets choked, how do you want them to clear it? This is Ghana there is sand everywhere so it can easily get choked. The State or Europe has little sand so it can't get choked.

@@rooneygyamfi8894 I’ve lived here and in property so I know it gets you a 1/2 bedroom flat in Zone 2/3 areas and a 2/3 house in Zone 4/5 areas. Zone 1 is £750,000 minimum
