The basic surroundings of such builings in Accra do not reflect on the bluildings. As soon as you leave the premises, it's all red soil, dirt, papers and plastic bags all around the place with no good roads around it. I have renten an apartment at the 'Galary' on two occassions. Building is nice, but surrounding is very very poor!

You're right. Neither the developers nor the country as a whole are doing anything good to improve their land scaping. Also the cities must work hard to maintain the city clean .Garbage cans must be in short distances. Fined the people throwing trashes will help .

this area is well developed unlike galary which is yet to develop.Where Kass is located has no red soil and the area is well kept.

Ghanaians like using big words too much. It's no more necessary. I didn't even understand a thing yet I can understand pretty much everything by the British themselves.

What's big words ? That's English. You just have to study English grammar and speak it well.😊

So you just came here to unnecessarily complain instead of appreciating the work one has put it. Ofui. Everything u people go complain

I agree. Way over the top, and I am English born.

@@conrodlindsay5463 thank you. don't mind these miseducated people. They think big words are the same as innovation. That's a colonial education mindset. Go look at the talk of Elon Musk, Bezos, Einstein, Gates, Allison, ...all the accomplished people. They almost never talk like colonially educated people throwing out big words.

@@InnGodWeTrust grammar has no relation with the use of big dictionary words. It serves no purpose. It doesn't make you smart. You're forcing too much. I've been watching his videos so I'm not sure why he's now adopting this style. It's a colonial mindset to think big words make you a professional, educated or smart.

The commentary is too much. "Timeless elegance of marble floors"? Chill bro.😂
