Great and simple video! I have one question though. My personal computer doesn't have a usb - c port, is it necessary in order to connect it to the Kvm?
No its not completely necessary. All you need is a video (HDMI) and USB connection. Let me know the make and model of your PC and we'll take a look at the specifications for the best way to connect it to a KVM.
@@avicotech-us It is an HP Laptop 15-da0xxx model, with date of release around 2018. It supports 3 usb 3.0 ports, 1 hdmi port and an HP charging port (not usb-c)
Okay so if you want to connect this to 2 computers & 1 monitor setup like in the video you'll just use the HDMI port and USB port to connect to the KVM. The KVM includes the necessary HDMI and USB cables.
