Just got the Titan. Mine is hotter on the right side especially towards the front.

Can you tell me the specs? I’m from Canada and don’t want to pay the shipping and would like to try and make my own.

Did you have any issues with connecting with your home wifi? I just got the Titan on 6/1/24, and like all the problems that other owners are having with the Titan are not connecting to their home wifi. And just like their questions and answers from Pit Boss costumer service is, it is not our fault, it is your home networks fault.

I have an OG Austin XL and this will be my next pillet smoker after i get a Masterbuilt Gravity Smoker because charcoal. Then i will have 3 smokers for 2 different cooks and a backup if I run into any technical problems during a cookout😎👌

I have the 1150 pro but am really thinking of upgrading to the Titan. One of the complaints I have heard about is the amount of ash it produces in the cook chamber. Is this an issue from your experience and if so, will you be making a Heat Deflector/ Airgap Mod for to fix it? I installed one in my 1150 and it works great! Also, have you seen the need for the flame tamer in this new model? Thanks!

I think the new onyx edition ones have addressed many of these issues based in how the internals were putting mine together the other day .

Waited to cook with Flame Diffuser 4 open sides; Heat shield for temp gauge; baffles. Hot spots pretty much all gone. Temp shifts gone. Is now a Rolls-Royce. Great items. Takes 1 week to arrive after oredring.

Savannah compatible! Smoke Like A Boss has Savannah air blocker. Can’t find it anywhere else. Also ordered 4 window diffuser and heat baffles. My cooks gonna come out perfect!!!

Im running the Pro 1600. I've found, personally, that I'm colder on the temp side vs the exhaust side. Like anything left of the burn pot isn't getting the same temps. Upwards of 20 or so degrees. Thats going off of PB temps and an oven guage sitting directly on the rack. Ive been using 2 sheets of HD foil on the last 1/3 of the cooking grates to try and push hot air back and across. I dont see how blocking heat under the high side of the diffuser would be any better. I'm open to the idea, it just doesn't make sense to me.

Does the New 1150 Pro Series 3 work with this?

Ive have seen the diffuser that goes over the fire box with both 2 window opening as well as 4 window openning. Have not seen any videos on effectiveness of one vs. the other but I am sure you have tested them. What is your recommendation as to which one to purchase for either the Pittboss 1100 pro Version 3 or the Pittboss 1600 pro model - the two or 4 window? I will order once I see your response.

Has anyone installed this mod on the inside of the ledge? This video shows it mounted to the outside of the ledge and im worried the weight of the deflector will eventually rip the screws out of the holes. Is eveyone mounting these to the outside or the ledge? Has anyone tried mounting to the insdie?

When using the fire box deflector, Can we keep the deflector plate sheet that came with the pit boss on as well?

Was going to get myself the Traeger pro series 34 but found out it ain’t built in America anymore. Might as well get a pit boss savannah than, both made in China but the Savannah has more cooking space and bigger pellet box. Fuck Traeger.

It's a weird omission as the other models had it. I own them for the value and love it but still makes me wonder how it got past testing and QA before being shipped.

Does this fit 850 navigator?

Just got mine installed doing my first cook. My controller always was 30-60 degrees higher than temp I set it to. Today first smoke with head deflector its dead nuts at the temp I set it at and has been for 4 hours now. Amazing purchase and worth every penny

I've order and installed niw it swings even more and won't hold temperatures dont no what the deal is, I'm going to remive and see if it starts cooking right again
