If I were a foreigner, I would avoid places where the police and soldiers are far away, particularly in Mindanao. If they were Muslims, the government should orient them. All I can say to the foreigners is that the Philippines is becoming a very dangerous place. If I am rich, I will bring my families and relatives out of this country. Sadly I am not rich and I don't have "Show Money" to present to foreign diplomats to make them approved me to live in their nation. I am a Filipino, but I feel like a foreigner here in the Philippines. So many violent people here. So many evildoers here. I was victimised by homosexual perverts in the place of Lucilla, Rolly, Sonya, Vincent, Eboy, Junior, Terence, Gordon, in 18 Finance, Barangay Bahay-Toro, Project-8, Quezon City, it is a squatters area. So many houses but same number 18 in their address. If I am rich I will leave the Philippines and live overseas. But sadly I am not rich. May God save me from the wicked people of the Philippines.

You're regret in not able to communicate in Tagalog is normal and not really a big issue because Phillipines is an English speaking country. Wherever you go people can understand and speak English rather than Tagalog. Tagalog is only a dialect specific to Luzon area.
