Nice Bronco! I also have an Oxford white Bronco (1995) that I installed a set of 6th gen Bronco power steps on. I built my own custom brackets and they work great! I would like to see a set of them on your Bronco. They are Aries action track steps.

Have to be honest… whoever told you that there’s $85k in mods on that thing told you a story… there might be $15k MAYBE $18k at the most. My hellcat Durango makes 958 to the wheels and I got no more than $14k in it. Also the reason you were having a hard time reving it is bc of the cam and the fact that the motor was still cold.. which is also why it wants to cut off when trying to do launch control set in the low 1000’s. A cammed vehicle will idle like shit and will almost cut off sometimes at low rpm’s.. that’s the cam… For launch control try 1900 rpm And you have to press the brake in all the way to the floor and then do the same with the accelerator pedal. Once you hear the 2 step engage release the brake and she will rip. But I would advised against launching a 1200hp trackhawk unless the trans is built… it’s a recipe for disaster.

I just put Valvoline Extended Protection in my 10R80 so far so good took out 8qts and put the same in. a little hard shift till all the air was cleared after that so smooth up and down. still yeah feel like I could be doing a risk but I have lifetime drive train by the dealer and PremiumCARE.

U need a new diff at 150k miles??? What the heck? Maybe a motor. Butthe diff is good for a million miles

The manual for my 99 f150 states. Do NOT check or change differential lubricant unless contamination or a leak is suspected.

Is forscan a software program I would have to purchase or is the cable all I have to purchase ? Will the cable you have linked work on 2018 f150?

The PCM/BCM uses the BMS to detect battery state of charge, if the PCM doesn’t know what BSOC it WILL cook the battery.

As a Ford Technician, don’t do this unless you want to buy a battery every 3 months.

I have a 1996 bronco XL with the 5.0 engine. I want to do a six inch lift with 35 inch tires. Do I need to regear at this size. Just gonna ride on the highway with this one no off roading.

Best surface rust clean/paint job I seen till now. I bought a 2024 in Florida and it got the same surface rust at the same spot not as bad as yours which many told me it’s normal but I want to give it a cosmetic touchup. Do you recommend to give it a wash first or will a good broom sweep to remove dust will be just fine?

So is it safe to say this issue was self induced with all these mods added and hard trailer pulling and not so much a problem with the stock trans? I Got a powerboost and using it for normal daily driving, im always concerned of reliability from all thesee trans rebuild videos popping up in my feed...

As far as I know nothing has ever been made more reliable by making it more complicated. Ever.

In my '07 suburban ltz shocks were over $4,000.00 to replace. I put a mod kit in allowing standard shocks. I had the same thing suspension message kept coming up. The mod kit had the module that got rid of the light. I wish I would of deactivated my cylinder system. Because my engine failed at 147,00 miles. Put a new older gen engine in full time v-8 and my gas mileage actually improved with full time v-8 running. The only problem with these guys if you live in a state that does emissions inspections. I'm sure you would fail inspection forcing you to put it back the way ford designed it.
