Eating silkworm larvae!
A restaurant gave us a box of fried silkworm larvae for Christmas. My son was game to try one.

A sneak peek at my latest film project utilizing my new animation program, iClone 5 Pro. I think this program offers me a world of possibilities. I hope you like the new look. Featuring the voices of Edan MacWemyss, A_N_D, Mel Ein, G. P., Sonya C, Nahton, and Bezzer; and an original Music Score by Darin Cohen.
the 3nD is NIGHt

I had always wanted to make a 3D film, and now that my current animation software has 3D capabilities, here it is. To view this film (with the 3D effects), you will need a pair of Red/Cyan 3D glasses; I chose this format since it is the most commonly available. There are a few shots where the foreground object is close to the camera, resulting in a "ghosting" effect. My apologies for that, but ...
H P Lovecraft's Pickman's Model
มุมมอง 33K12 ปีที่แล้ว
Grand prize winner of the Horror Fest film contest, 2012, selected for the Jury Awards and screening in the 2013 MachinExpo, and 2nd place winner of the Passion Competition, 2013. It's been four years since my last Lovecraft-inspired film ("the Shadow Over Innsmouth, 2008). So I thought it time to revisit another of his works. "Pickman's Model" is one of his very short stories about a man relat...

THE END IS NIGHt

This is the first time I made a film without a script or even an outline. I just let the story and dialogue flow until the film was finally completed (incidentally, I understand that is the way writer Stephen King works, although it is a very disconcerting process to me). I also filmed it in chronological order (with the first scene being first, etc. all the way until the last frame). Thanks go...
Dark Tides of Innsmouth - part 3
มุมมอง 7K14 ปีที่แล้ว
Selected for screening at the MachinExpo 2010. The conclusion of my prequel to Lovecraft's "the Shadow Over Innsmouth". A revisit to the tale of Innsmouth as seen from a different perspective. Nominated for best machinima horror film at the Ollies Awards, 2009 (it lost to my "the Shadow Over Innsmouth", so I don't mind). The complete film, in three parts.

Been rewatching some of your stuff again, love this! Also: an old unreleased Mel Ein film has been found in the vaults, not sure if you’ve heard. th-cam.com/video/aoKMAvv919k/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared
Excellent work. Wish i knew how to make a little movie like this. Hope u make more my friend
There have been film adaptations and various other forms but I still feel that this adaption is the most true to the source material, whilst at the same time being thoroughly entertaining. I would love to see a "behind the scenes" that explains how this was all put together.
rate the fact that the church at 2:09 is just the temple in vizima from the witcher 1
TMUnderground classic.
Wow, those clouds were quite far away... they were behind the moon! 😯
The best
I absolutely loved this. A very good short adaption of one of lovecrafts longer stories.
I used to make movies like this using the LionHead Studios Movies game. I know it was a while ago but awesome job.
Back when you still had to post long videos in multiple parts. A great era.
looks like a ps2 game cutscene, pretty badass
What a great, engaging animation. It is full of character. The rendering of the movement was very good. Excellent job.
Why use up video time on boxes? Get right to the model.
It’s an unboxing, assembly, and display vid (as the description elucidates). Besides, I edited the whole thing down to only 2 and a half minutes so I didn’t use up much video time at all.
Plz, tell me how much this kit is and where I can get it. I want it!
This was for sale for $599 plus shipping. Unfortunately it was only offered once as a crowdfunded collectible and will not be sold again (even the molds have been destroyed). Tomy (the company that made this) said they might make the refit version from the Motion Picture (movie 1). Keep checking their website for any news.
@@NueArtPictures Damn. I’m retired and on a fixed income. I could never afford that. Thank u for at least answering.
❤
Cool! Check out my display on rotating base! th-cam.com/video/61mh63TEOZY/w-d-xo.html
My friend Terry purchased this crowdfund collectible for me. I decided to film the unboxing for posterity sake. Plus, it gave me a chance to show off my Star Trek movie marathon T-shirt.
What did you use to make this?
Reminds me of ps2 graphics. I love it.
funny you should say that, the assests of the town, the room and the temple in the first episode are all from the witcher 1
HOLY SHIT HES BACK! LETS GO!!
....there is something about this that is eeriely superb, cannot put my finger on it but I love it, sends chills 👍👍
Definitely strays quite a bit from the original tale.
I knew there was a reason I stayed subscribed all this time.
It's Sunday Dec 18th 2022 This Was Well done, I Commend You for such Nice Animations, I am also an Hp Lovecraft Fan Dave from Minnesota

Hi It's Friday December 16th 2022 I enjoyed this Animation Cinematic Movie An Adaptation of Hp Lovecraft "Pickman's Model" And I agree with Pickman "Do You believe that this world is Sane" Rather It's INSANE !!! Look at today's World News. Hp Lovecraft was Correct !!!! Also,This Remains me of those CBS Radio Shows I used to listen to more than 40 Years Ago. Thank You for You Creativity #HpLovecraft #Fan Dave in Minnesota
As someone who's adapted a Lovecraft story to screen, can you tell me why you changed it? It seems like, every adaptation (other than The Call of Cthulhu silent film) has either minor changes or, in the case of the two on Cabinet of Curiosities, completely rewritten. There are a lot of us that would love to see stories on screen, but people keep changing them. It's like a bait and switch.
Soon as the desk clerk spoke, I would have NOPED outta there.... Running until I couldn't turn jogging and so on🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
A rerelease or ???
Wow 8 years later, you are back. Thats awesome! 👏
You are back dude
I think i got the wrong Eternals movie
either way, you're not missing that much
What medium was used to create the characters and landscapes?
It makes me think of Shadow of the Comet. The best adventure game ever.

Bro, I love the Movies Game
lolz my favourite sims!
THANK YOU FOR MAKING THESE ANIMATIONS😭❤
I have a very hard time reading. I can never stay focused and drift off in thought very easily without even realizing it. So I truly appreciate all the work that was put into this 3 part mini series. It was absolutely amazing. Thank you.
You should make more of these H.P. Lovecraft mythos animations
We need more!!!
I need more of this.
Great work, that kind of content you can feel how much effort cost. The voices, the scenarios. I'm happy to find your channel 😁
I really enjoyed it. Congratulations.
I'd like to see one person who down voted this produce something better. Yeah, didn't think so. This is pretty well done. Not sure if the lip syncing is programmed in or you had to do it manually, but having built the rigs and having done it both via morph targets and via bones and keyframes, I can say it takes some time and patience. It's about an hour per minute of animation, and that's if you have a quick system developed for it. Yep, you did a great job on this!
