The thing is the 3d models in the end of the video is just taking straight from the game, so that is why only KOSMOS not including Shion or Baten Kaitos that still loo rough in 3d models or Soma Bringer XD

It makes sense that Elma would use her Xenoblade 2 model instead of her X model because she is standing next to Xenoblade 2 characters, and Definitive Edition and Xenoblade 3 are using an enhanced version of Xenoblade 2’s engine so the characters blend together in the picture better. Xenoblade X uses a more realistic artstyle so unless they wanted to use Kos-Mos’ old PS2 realistic models then Elma would look entirely out of place with her original design next to everyone else.

You’re definitely reading too much into this. Most developers don’t usually do public anniversary events like Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft have done. But monolith is a special case, because of their sustained and almost exponential growth during the Switch cycle. They’re much more known now given Xenoblade, but also their dev support for Nintendo, which is now to the levels of Hal, IS, and retro studios. It’s a fitting tribute to their last 25 years, and a celebration of things to come!

When they put definitive edition independently, I think that's because of future connected which was made after xenoblade 2.

One of the things that amazed me the most is that in some of the game big events like the big battle between the titans under the tree you can go back to any level and see how these gigantes change their position in the far horizon

Hey everyone, some LORE for this video: 1. I always wanted to make an audio visualizer. But I didn't find any that would work for anything bigger than 50MB in size. After more in depth research, I found something that worked for me. Unfortunately it isn't in 60fps, because it brought my PC to its knees. 2. My PC crashed during hours of rendering like... 3 times. You see some artifacts from time to time, but that was my PC struggeling haha 3. I made some upgrades on my PC, and could've reuploaded it, but I had to resolve some false copyright claims. Which are suprisingly all resolved... for now. I always found it rather boring how some folks just tape songs together, add a static jpeg and call it a day. So I wanted to make something in that direction, but better. Also... NO MIDROLLS during the over 2h of Nintendo Music! I hope you enjoy this one :)
