@@IAmVehement yes,only aptx that's the problem.aptxHD is the higher codec that the m4 have but Samsung don't support it cause they you to buy their Samsung earphones.look into it this is a huge break dealer from samsung

I've sadly never tested the cloud stinger 2 or the original stinger. However I tried there similar headset the cloud core and it was pretty decent. Basically everything I've tried from hyper x headset wise has been really good.

That's not normal. I would exchange it because that sounds like there's something wrong with your headband

So I appreciate the feedback on this for other users. I can explain tho that the wireless version sounds worse due to the fact it's a wireless headset. There needs to be a DSP chip to produce the audio then you add a low latency connection which degrades audio quality. Alot of the time when you go wireless you are going to sacrifice audio quality. That was why I very rarely reviewed wireless headsets they just sound worse. I had bought the steel series arctis nova pro wireless and I really didn't like it. The sound quality was no where near that of the beyerdynamic dt770 I was using for literally half the price. The blackshark v2 pro wireless headset also sounds about equal to the v2 wired version which is half the price. Wireless is just not a good option if you care about sound quality.

I think that the cloud 3 are really damn good but since my video I've been instead recommending the cloud 2 for competitive fps/shooter games. I still stand by my video I think that the cloud 3 are great for literally everything. I found that they did good for footsteps but I can't deny the cloud 2 is a bit better at footsteps and directional audio.

From mine and a lot of people's testing overtime definatly realized that the cloud 2 perform better for games like r6 xdefiant cod and cs2

Well just keep in mind this headset is USB only so that may be an issue for you. I'd say for versatility at the same price I would go with the Logitech g pro x or the nova 5 if you want wireless. The hyper x cloud alpha s is also a similar choice. However the Corsair HS80 has really good software but so does the nova and g pro x. The cloud alpha have barely any software. Either way the hs80 are still great but I do think they don't sound as good as the other 3 I metioned due to way to much low end and not enough clarity in the mids.

@@IAmVehement I ordered Corsair HS80 now. Had to go with the hs80. The reviews are bad in amazon for both logitech g pro x and hyper x cloud alpha. And Nova 5 is not available at my place (India). If reviews are good I definitely would have chosen the Hyper X cloud alpha. I will definitely will let you know the experience about HS80. Anyway, thanks for the reply though!!

What do you mean by work with the sm7b? As long as your plugging this headphone in it will work with any set up. You just don't want to use it over bluetooth because of the delay while gaming. If your looking for a headphone that's wireless then you'd want the SS Nova 7 but if your trying to use an sm7b I would stick with a wired headphones.

@@IAmVehement Hey sorry I’m messaging you for the 3rd time but I have another question what is the best gaming headphone wireless and that has no microphone I have a budget from £0-£300 so if that comes in handy when thinking.

The best 2 wireless headsets I can recommend are the beyerdynamic mx100-300 any of them are great. If you want lots of features then I can recommend the steel series arctis nova 7 enough. I can't however recommend the nova pro wireless I owned them and I think they are over hyped and really don't sound that great for the price. One last recommendation is the g pro x wireless 2 they are really damn good.

Yes it does but you have to have it set up on the NGENUITY App and doesn't work on every app but does work in discord and games. You also have to be using it over usb.

I personally love the alpha s more but if your more for competitive shooters the cloud 3 are better in that regard.

Yea it is getting tough to get them. I just think that the cloud 2 have better clarity and footsteps detection and directional awareness over the 3. I use to really recommend the 3 but over time realized most people found that the cloud 3 just aren't as good for competitive games. I do personally quite like the 3 but I do agree the 2 are the better headphones. The 2 also have better bass response.

I loved mine as well sadly I lost my dongle to them RIP. I used them when gaming on my laptop a lot.

I got 45hrs and I still had SOO much left to do. I also agree with the combat. I don't know how they went from origins and odyssey to this. The combat in those games was super good and felt right idk what happened here.

@@IAmVehement really dont understand you people, the combat is such a big upgrade from origins...its so direct and responsive its on par with the witcher 3. the only thing ''clunky'' are those flails but just dont use them vs a big unbreakable shielded enemy. you can dual wield normal and even 2 handed weapons with the right skills, you can use shield and weapon, 2 handed or dual wield, switching from bow to melee is easy midfight there are special skills for each weapon type, abilities for both the ranged and melee tree...i really dont see the issue in combat here parry window is also right where it should be lol, get gud i guess and if not, you could even adjust the timing window yourself in settings to make the duration longer or shorter the stomping part yeah, that i agree with, it bugs out often

Yes the delay is extremely noticable even with the newest bt 5.3/5.4 it's still over the 30ms noticable lag bar. 2.4ghz is seamless for the most part where as there is a slower travel of communication with bt.

I really think that the cloud 3 do a better job at revealing footsteps.

I've never played DayZ but based on the type of game it is I would say the hs80 would work really good with DayZ.

I think it's just really hard to finish. It's bloated it's slow paced and it takes at least 60 hours to roll credits if you speed run. But it's a very flawed game.

I think that the HS80 is less versatile then the hyper x stuff because it's USB only. If you want to play on console or mobile you can't unless your sitting right next to you PS5/Xbox. I personally think I'd look at the cloud alpha. Are you playing competitive fps games or everything else?

@@IAmVehement Just for pc I’m looking for something comfortable and great even outside of gaming like school or listening to music so comfort is a big factor. If we’re talking about gaming, I’ll be playing quite a bit of shooters and will be playing many other types of genres for games as well so something versatile would be great.

I honestly think the alpha s would be your best pick. Thing is the Corsair HS80 is not able to be used on anything that's not full sized USB A unless you go wireless and use it on Bluetooth. The alpha s has a USB sound card that can be removed and then switched to aux wire (headphones jack tip). They also come with 2 sets of ear pads for you to choose. Also some software for eq and stuff along with the bass sliders on the device. Cloud 2 id say if your number 1 priority is competitive shooters like cod, valorant, overwatch. I think the alpha s can just do more.

So I have an interesting opinion. I had both the arctis nova pro wireless and the nova 7 wireless and I switched to the nova pro wireless full time and went back to the Dr 770 pro because the nova pro wireless didn't sound even half as good. I still use the nova 7 for my laptop. If you really want wireless I think the nova 7 are a great option but I just can't recommend them over the dt770 pro or really any gaming headset over the dt770 and I've tried a ton.

To be clear the pro x is definitely worth the 120 but the cloud 3 is really awesome for that price. I personally would rather go with the pro x but if you want to save a couple bucks then the cloud 3 is a dope option.

Yea for sure! I think you'll get your money's worth. It's also on game pass if your either on PC or Xbox. But if you prefer to own your games I definitely recommend this for 20 bucks. You might end up loving it. It's a Good game just a very flawed game.
