There is plenty more to this story but to go in more detail, this video would be over 30 minutes long! I totally recommend to watch "the food that made America" and check out the episode on Pabst vs Schlitz! #pabst #Schlitz #milwaukee

One thing I almost forgot is an elderly co-worked of mine at TEEKS told me when he was a small boy his mother worked there, she witnessed wagon loads of bodies buried in one large hole, these were patients who died of tuberculosis.
I worked for TEEKS back in the early 90’s. TEEKS is the training decision of Texas A&M. Bob Huges & I would go there to do inventory every year. There was a fully equipped Hospital, a workshop area that had a small Airplane and many other parts of airplanes. I went there many times alone, I’d heard nosies in the building that housed the airplanes. In the hospital many time I’d see shadows of people looking out the windows.
They were all young people!
@@japnikki yes, so sad!
Slow your panning shots.

I remember interviewing at Rackspace. They took me to the "Donkey Kong" room, lol. Very interesting place and experience! I had a number of friends that worked there over the years and had great experiences, but by some miracle I dodged a bullet and didn't get hired. They had their downhill trend start right around that time.
I love this story. Fabulous, with a surprise end. The graveyard is so primitive and rustically beautiful. This is one of my favorite stories to date. Thanks
Watching your videos, love them. Thought I'd help you out, specifically on your Schulmeier cemetary video. GEB = Geboren (born) GES = Gestorben (died) German. Keep up the good work!
I think I know where this us.I could be wring, but its near IH 10South of Randolph Aur Force Base. But I could be wrong. There is one south of Randolph, forgot the road You could see a large tombstone and there was a lot of brush. Also, there is one in Windcrest think called Busche Cemetery, name starts wuth a B. sits back in the woods. The road connects to Randolph Boulevard.
That lake/pool used to have the biggest blue catfish I have ever seen.
I know where that is. I've seen it many times while working (reading water meters). I always assumed it was just another of those small family cemeteries that are mostly lost to official records. Good information!
Great job 👏 on the video
It’s just a stone garden
I was left with more curiosity about the giant chess pieces on top of the house than the actual cemetery... Okay, I was equally curious. But would love to know more about the house.
Helotes used to be so small. Big lot lands. Not anymore
This was a great story. Thank you!
Best pay your respects to those Mexican cemeteries we don't take kind to those who disrespect the hente. Even if the family is no longer here to tend to those who are no longer with us. VIVA TEJAS
@Carlosrodriguez-ir1ll you're aware that the cemetery in my video isn't a real cemetery, right?
Hey man, it's Gente, not Hente. Lol Mexican? Yeah right 😂
He meant well ❤👍👍
Amazing. Thanks.
That is a private property cemetery, due to the dates it should coming from rich people, those stones are in perfect condition, considering the dates, 98% Hispanics, who die young, based on the dates
@esthelaparra1086 not a real cemetery in my video..
Should do one on the cemetery off cibolo creek and Evans road. Another one behind “selys” on fm 78
The one behind Sely,s Mexican restaurant has been there for years. If you go back behind the old Kowloon,s restaurant and drive back there, off on the left in the woods is a small family cemetery of three graves .This is near the old Starlight Drive Inn theatre screen.Bith are in Schertz.
Very cool and interesting
🏆⭐🙏🇨🇱 We have a cemetery that dates back to the Civil War with 16 and 17 year olds buried here. Some very ornate tombstones.🛐 Thank you for sharing this
Very cool 😎
Rolling oaks is next.
😢for some reason I could only hear your voice but the video shows total black screen throughout I was looking forward to watching it. 😢 I Like your channel you’re a talented videographer and storyteller 😊
@evadowney6967 thanks, I'd try rewatching as it sounds like you're having technical issues
Everything has a fake...Everything. 👍🫤
I knew a Montemayor family from Helotes back in 80s.
You need to check out some of the cemeteries around Hondo and Yancy
This was a cool video. Totally unexpected twist there. Nice job with the research too.
What a find😳

❤❤❤ 👍👍👍❤❤❤ Montemayor
This was a very interesting video! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
also i think may have heard a voice or bug not sure its at the 2:52 mark
@filthycasual7721 yea you're right...not sure what that was?
I see most of the names are hispanic. Possibly a small community or large family there in the past. My grandmothers second husband owned a farm and there was a small cemetary on his farm, had cottonwood and pine trees around it, about 12 graves. A local kid( friend of my son) died after 9-11 in Iraq and requested to buried there😊❤🇺🇸🇺🇸 Ok, I saw the video, what a trip😂
Really cool.
As a disclaimer...I know this is public info but please do not ask me for where this so called cemetery is. After further investigation, this is someone's property and we must respect it as such. So please don't go wondering around there...
idk this makes me a little uncomfortable with the man using real names and birthdays of the dead and these people probably do still have families who love them and now their being used as some prop or joke. I certainly wouldn't want this happening to me or my loved ones. If the names and all were fake fine have at it, but not this!
@@Fin745 valid point
Haha wow what a trip
It would be nice if somebody could go in there and clean up the graves from all the weeds and stuff
@texasgina watch till the end if you haven't done so. Clean up wouldn't be necessary 😌
Very interesting, wish I could find out who owns it.
Wow, very eccentric of the property owner. But thanks for clarification.
They mean well 👍
Wow very interesting 😮
This was so unexpectedly cooler than a "regular" cemetery tour. The man who built it must be super interesting to have a beer with! Well done on the research, and thanks for the vid!
@@jackalope072 I agree!
I remember going to this place on field trips when I was a kid back in the 80s.
