Hey freight, do you use only OTR for everything? I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. I want out of abacus, as far as settlements and stuff, can you do a video covering exactly how you report everything? I don’t want to cancel my abacus service unless I’m 100% on this. So far I love it, I just don’t want to cancel them and be out of some things come tax time

This is great! I have 2 young boys they would love it. I’ve been in warehousing for 21 years. I’ve made the decision to join Prime Inc and start a new chapter and career in my life. Being able to bring my kids along for a guys trip and then my wife on trips at times would be a blessing. Just watched the vid you have on what to do before going to Prime. It was very informative. For categories, I'd recommend using the same categories that your CPA uses to make it easier when you are filling out your tax organizer that they always want you to fill out before they do your taxes.

I completely agree with everything you said. Im not at Prime anymore but the training is by far the best I've seen. I got my cdl at Prime and if i had to do it again, 1000% Prime.

I have my CDL A with air brake restriction. I was an O/O of a hotshot for over a year. I want to go through the training because I want the knowledge but I’m not sure how Prime will categorize me. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Yeah I see how because were running under prime dot that we have to put up with the cameras. But i think, at least for the ACE lease guys there should be a choice up front. Then if the driver is sighted for a seat belt or holding there phone etc. Then it should be a mandatory camera "coaching". But At least give the good Professional drivers a chance.

Left Prime, its a scam , make 108k and im home every day .. Prime is there to make rob money and to get federal money for training plain and simple.

Looks like you need a big chunk of money to buy all this items tha you need, and space is very limited in the truck, so you will have to get very creative organizing all this items in the truck, specifically if you are in training and sharing space with another driver. No wonder is so difficult for this carriers to find drivers 🤷
