I've read the Bible from cover to cover and I've never heard about the Valley of Hanam being a symbol for hell. Jesus preached more about hell than anything else. People who believe in hell are not believing in evil or a spirit of lies; they are believing the teaching of Jesus. Stop speculating and listening to extra-biblical scholars and so-called theological "experts". Repent, open your Bible and listen to Jesus. "That person" who "came up with" hell...is Jesus. Praying that He opens your eyes. God will send people to hell who reject His gift of salvation. He doesn't want to send ANYONE there (2 Peter 3:9); but He will if they reject His grace in Jesus. Jesus was sent so God could remain just and punish sin, but also show us mercy and allow us to escape our due punishment in Hell. If God doesn't punish sin, He ceases to be just. If He tells us there will be a punishment for sin (death) and then doesn't punish sinners, it makes Him a liar. YOU are seeking to make a liar out of God and of Jesus by suggesting that hell is an evil lie. THAT is an evil lie! Repent and seek the Lord's face! Get off of TH-cam and spend more time in your Bible. This is no small theological error or issue that is up for widespread dispute among Christians and Biblical scholars (greater minds than mine or yours)...this is a central idea to the Christian faith and ideology. Who is teaching you such nonsense?! Be very careful how you walk through this. You are doing what the Pharisees did to Jesus. Calling Him and His work the works of the Devil (a liar and father of lies and the Evil One). Read your Bible and understand it. Without recognition of our sin we have no need of a Savior (Jesus). The Law shows us our sin. There has to be a payment in death for sin/breaking the law (Romans 6:23: The wages of sin is death...sound familiar?)...either you repent and accept God's gift of Christ as payment for your sins (His Death for your life) or you pay that penalty yourself (separation from God in hell). This is a central and foundational biblical principle. If you don't understand this, you should not be teaching people about God. James 3:1 says "Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly." Walk carefully, sister. You are in error. I really worry about your leading people astray because you are pretty and soft-spoken and sprinkle truth in with bad theology. You need to go back to your Bible. I'm praying for you.

You are wise. There's a lot of people who unfortunately believe every word in the bible even though it has been mistranslated. It was also written by men who are flawed. Jesus is the only person that we can believe the words of from the bible. Sorry that all these people attacked you. Hell is an illusion. But if people believe it enough, they believe they go there. The reason for God and Jesus is to see through the illusion and know you are always loved by God, therefore not falling for the illusion of hell, that we can convince ourselves is real

I do not want to sound argumentative but, you cannot have light without darkness. There will always be a greatest evil. If we destroy hell, there will be a new hell. Life moves in cycles, a circle, find peace in innerstanding that.

We often read the Bible but we seem to get stuck there. Jesus said after you read the WORD "my words" YOU WALK IT. So talking about the so called hell or heaven becomes useless. So don't be stuck. As we trace the history of the locality as it occurs in the Old Testament, we learn that it should never have been translated by the word Hell. It is a proper name of a well-known locality, and ought to have stood Gehenna, as it does in the French Bible, in Newcome's and Wakefield's translation, in the Improved Version, Emphatic Diaglott, etc. Babylon might have been translated Hell with as much propriety as Gehenna. It is fully described in numerous passages in the Old Testament, and is exactly located on earth. "And the border went up by the valley of the son of Hinnom unto the south side of the Jebusite; the same is Jerusalem, and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lieth before the valley of Hinnom westward." Joshua 15:8. "And he (Joshua) defiled Tophet, which is in the valley of the children of Hinnom, that no man might make his son or daughter to pass through the fire to Moloch." 2 Kings 23:10. These and other passages show that Gehenna was a well-known valley, near Jerusalem, in which the Jews in their idolatrous days had sacrificed their children to the idol Moloch, in consequence of which it was condemned to receive the offal and refuse and sewage of the city, and into which the bodies of malefactors were cast, and where, to destroy the odor and pestilential influences, continual fires were kept burning. Here fire, smoke, worms bred by the corruption, and other repulsive features, rendered the place a horrible one, in the eyes of the Jews. It was a locality with which they were as well acquainted as they were with any place in or around the city. After these horrible practices, King Josiah polluted the place and rendered it repulsive. end quote

This is why masculine males and feminine females need each other. Masculine side has logic and reason whilst feminine side has imagination and creativity. If hell is not real, why do we need to repent, why do we need Jesus Christ ? I’m a follower of Jesus Christ, I had experienced God’s anger when I rebelled, I also had experienced God’s love, I was a seeker of true or reality or whatever because I didn’t know exactly what I was seeking. Each of us need to be very careful of what we say, or do , we all will be accountable for our actions .

Luke 16:23 "These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power," 2 Thessalonians 1:9 "Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death-the lake of fire. And if anyone was found whose name was not written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire."Revelation 20:14-15

My dear, the Bible is not secular history, it is Salvation history and is addressed to the Imagination. If you Imagine anything then you will experience it to the last drop. ive been thinking about this for these past weeks. now that i found out that my vocation is the army, im studying for EsPCEx. wich is a brazilian school that creates lieutenants and they become coronels.
