Yes. Our actions can delay God's plan but no matter how far we have fallen God is able to move forward again as soon as we cooperate once more and all will be joy in heaven.

If we are ultimately in charge of our own destiny we are going to short change ourselves. We are finite beings. God has infinite love for us all and his destiny for all of us is going to be better for us then what we could have planned for ourselves. I do not feel like I’m being controlled. God’s leading me with control over my life, actually makes me feel a sense of peace
Sorry to break this to you but the illusion of free will must be enough for us because everything is pre determined this is recognized in physics, religion, philosophy, quantum physics and meta physics. Everything imagined happens in a specific time line. If our consciousness is limited to 3D reality and is governed by the 4th, then we can't select our timeline and all is predetermined for us the deeper you analyze this the more true it gets until you have 5th dimensional consciousness or greater then we can possibly choose where our consciousness rests.
