I love Clark Ashton Smith! Even though it’s from a hundred years ago it was refreshing to see fantasy that’s actually fantastical.

Interesting, especially on the bit regarding this thing being an enemy of the Great Old Ones. Seems like it's a 'near-peer' level of entity in terms of actual Great Old Ones, a member of a race that got to a higher level of development than the Mi-Go or Elder Things did but never quite achieved the power of something like Cthulhu.

i just love rocket :) i play in Europe though... or at times Damman, with a friend from Indonesia :) the one i really thrive with, is Peni Parker though good placing of your Spider Mine Dispenser is KEY lay down a barrage of supressive fire move closer and closer while staying in your heal area and you can bind down nearly a whole team at times gives the rest of your own team a lot of freedom i just love her :)

Found this channel bc i was looking specifically for a quick video description of these two. I few weeks ago i started playing a gacha game based on the Cthullu mythos named Morimens and my favorite character's base is Abhoth, her name is [24] and she has 24 personalities. Highly recommend the game, it's a card turn based, a bit unforgiving but it's fun when you find the playstyle that better fits you. You might like seeing where all these entities were used in the story. It's really fun.

I wanted to mention to the almighty Meerah that in Frank Belknap Long's story, there’s a reference to creatures called the Hounds of Tindalos (the only thing I know about them is that they aren’t actually dogs and can travel between dimensions, but where they live and what they look like is kind of vague D:). I was wondering if you might consider featuring them in a future video. I’d be super excited since they’re fascinating creatures! It’s even said that they’ve appeared in pop culture-like the Demogorgons in Stranger Things. It would be amazing if Petersen’s Field Guide to Lovecraftian Creatures or your infinite library of monsters has any lesser-known details about them! I’m really curious to know more.
