There is science behind why bubbles create heat (someone below mentioned it) , i personally use an old hot water heater coil in a pipe with a tube coming back out near the top to force the steam back into the water (its not a great method but works) i know someone that just made a small hot water cyclinder to heat the water then uses compressed air or gravity to put it back into the tank...or you can buy additional elements but most of the PCB's are cheap and will die so you need an additional controller (good if you buy a broken one and make your own) Thanks for the upload

this one time I accidentally powdered a part in Prismatic Powders Illusion Blueberry without plugging the control box and hooking up the ground clamp beforehand, and to my surprise the powder stuck to the part perfectly, I didn't even realize the machine was unplugged and unclamped because it was working 100% normally and came out great this is a two stage powder too, basecoat and clear coat so I was ultra shocked, usually the second coat/top coat has a harder time sticking since the part has already been cured in basecoat but it was stuck the same without the machine turned on, no more difficult than usual, can anyone exolain this please? Why did it work fully turned off? The powder didn't even fall off on the way to the oven and I was led to believe it would've fallen off due to the lack of static charge holding the charged powder particles to the part

Shouldn't you have said Intake at .004 and Exhaust at .006? That seems tight for an exhaust and loose for an intake. Let me know

I always fold up a piece of cardboard and slide it under filters like that to catch spillage

How would you go about getting rust out of a larger tank that’s welded in and can’t be turned or lifted for the acid part? Or even sealing? For reference gas tank is welded in and only access is the filler neck Thanks! Great video!

Excellent video, thanks for the insights.... my Husqvarna YTH22V46 has lots of sputtering on one side. It has over 1,000 hours on it and the valves have never been adjusted, so I will put your video to good use and do the adjustments. One question, can I use a properly fitted gasket instead of the silicone for the cover, so I don't have to scrape all that gunk off every time I open the cover ?

Surely in the second test when you disconnect the ground rod, if you had not touched the piece, the powder paint would not have adhered since we electrically present a potential to ground, that is the reason why you still managed to adhere the particles, Thanks for your explanatory video, from now on I will take grounding more seriously.

Instead of putting nuts and bolts to break up the rust, use a metal chain and shake it around. It works.

Thanks you for the tips. I have a need to repair a machine, this stuff might do the trick. My repair is a static surface height issue. I was hoping on pouring it. so I have a rust free tank,I used evaporust then rinsed with gas and dried it good, can I just put the sealer in the way it sits

I have a plastic barrel of phosphoric concentrate, I mix 12 parts water to one part concentrate, it is the only proper way to turn rust into oxygen,it only removes rust, I put a ball peen hammer into a bowl of the concentrate and forgot about it for a few days, it looked like Swiss cheese, the carbon was obliterated, vinegar will take forever if even work

I have all of your mods for the HF gun and did the ground pole as well. Oddly enough the gun shoots HF powder without issue and it sticks no problem. But I cannot get prismatic powders to stick to anything. All same process and equipment. HF gun too low of voltage you think?
