My head set has stop charging and Turning on twice since may 17 2024. Sent it off to get fixed. It worked after that. Then it stopped working again. A couple of months later. Will be sending it back for repair again. This head set has problems. Sony has quality issues to deal with on this head set. This charging and turning on issue is a problem. Need to be fixed Sony.

Hi bro, nice video about what the minus of A50x. I just wanna ask, do you recognize any white noise when connected to base station and standby (not play any sound)?. Because with my old Astro A50 gen4, I have that issue. Even when playing the game, that noise is coming (but hard to recognize. I already claimed for 4 times (even buy some new A50 gen 4 for testing reason), and yeah, the problem still there. If I disconnect the station, the problem is gone. That's the reason why I'm selling my lovely astro before, and now I'm planning to buy this 1 (if there are no more problems with that thing).

only issue is it turns off my xbox when switching to PC through Playsync they need a option in the settings for them to leave the hdmi setting be either switched on for xbox all the time so it doesn't cut the hdmi signal to my TV or Playstation but i only have xbox and PC and it is only allowing the xbox connection when its on the xbox setting for playsync which kind of defeats the purpose of a all in one headset...

I have these. I have an issue on xbox where when they connect the audio goes out. When I disconnect them then they work. I can hear the game. When they are connected and I enter party chat with friends I cannot here them talk. When I disconnect the headset I can hear the game, I can hear the party chat but it automatically disconnects my mic and they can't hear me. This is driving me nuts and I can't find any answers.

Does anyone know how to TURN OFF the astro a50x base station after the headset is fully charged? Because it will stay on if i don't unplug it, I'm tired constantly unplugging it after I'm done using it, I'm afraid if it stays on it will over charge the headset, its weird I never seen a headset base station that you can not turn off.

Great video, im currently looking for a headset and everyone recommends the H6PRO. I have been using the HyperX Cloud 2 for meny years, the first issues i had with them is the noise from the USB, you can't hear it alot in games but in some type of Music or Just having the headset on you can hear it. It is very hard to hear example footsteps in certain games due to the cheap amplifier "volume/mute button thing" and the usb style cable. After about 1year using the HyperX the cusshion started to giveup, my ears started to rub the thing inside causing me to get bloody ears literally, and after that the right side of the headphones started to get issues "audio cutting off", becus the small cables that go to L and R are constantly being bent when you put them on, the cable brake very quick. Enyways, im now considering buying the H6PRO but i noticed there is EPOS GSP 600v2 and 500. Idk really what is best, i want the premium sound in game, so witch one of the 3 Sennheizer are the best?

Would you recommend the h6 pro as a replacement to the pc38x to this day, or would you have something else in mind? Just trying to get immersed in some open world stuff like RDR2. 38x has a known nasty volume dial defect which has unfortunately affected me.

I cant believe they still haven't fixed this. The issue is the connection being so weak. If you just cover the right side of the headset with your hand it will disconnect.. Same with the earbuds. All it takes is you turning your head wrong and you lose the connection.

I get a random bleep noise in the right ear pad to like it's a signal error or something irritating having random noises in the mic when no sound is coming out of them

Just letting you know the a50s had a reset button,where you press two buttons simultaneously and it resets the astros to on after they completely die out…I had two and in my last one my friend did a deep search up on them n they had the problem that after two years they auto die n I think it’s done on purpose for more sale….just press the two buttons n they come back ALIVE!!!!!!

how is gaming on DT 900 Pro x? is the bass good enough?

I got the 560s for gaming and the first day I have my personal best game. I want to try the dt's but there was one play in particular where i know in the past i wouldn't have heard that audio queue. I've previously tried the Kiwi Orchestra Lights, the Simgot super mix's, Hyper x cloud 2's, and the Arctis Nova Pro's. I pick up more audio que's and i'm better able to pinpoint them with the 560's. These are going to be hard to beat.

The k11 is a nice little unit so far im liking it alot. I went with the r2r version but im guessing either oltion is great for the price. A cheap way to get balanced 4.4 connection and i can confirm the r2r version sounds grest and has more power than i thought it would.

My issue is it cant watch other things with the base station causing problems. Gaming I can't use my soundbar just tv speakers with the a50x. Also when I go to watch other things outside the ps5 the soundbar will be on but no audio. I have to turn the ps5 back on and and mess with the output setting turn the soundbar off then try again then it works, I can turn off the ps5 or whatever but turning the TV off and on it'll do it again causing this stupid cycle. I wanted wireless gaming when I use my headset but this is a annoying set back that's kinda embarrassing for how much this headset cost. I'm using a lg c3.. I feel bad if everyone who use their TV for everything they do.

Turning audio down DOES NOT fix the mic issue. Mic constantly cuts in an out, making it sometimes impossible to understand myself (testing in windows voice recorder). What utter garbage... but I think I came across a fix. Looks like issue is with 5ghz router wifi. Chaning 5ghz router channel to 40 seems to have helped! Will need to do more testing but so far difference is noticable, this looks promising. It was on auto before so maybe that's why the issue was intermittent: th-cam.com/video/eAgGlRLaQck/w-d-xo.html
