SPOILERS Am I the only one who is enraged by this book? It feels like the author made us wait for more than a year just to have it end on exactly the same cliffhanger as Iron Flame did. They fight the big bad and Xaden turns venin (or more venin in Onyx Storm). Also, didn't Xaden turn so that he could kill the sage? But the sage is not dead? So he turned for nothing???? I'm confused.

Finally someone who has the same thoughts as me!!! I actually went back and lowered my rating to a 2 ⭐️. Just not a fan. I’ve decided not to continue on with the series. I’ll just get spoilers from here on out.

I'm starting a new series for books called Inheritance cycle from Eragon book fantasy books I bet you'll be interested in is more like Harry Potter but here's the overview information. The Inheritance Cycle is a tetralogy of young adult high fantasy novels written by American author Christopher Paolini. Set in the fictional world of Alagaësia (/æləˈɡeɪziə/), the novels focus on the adventures of a teenage boy named Eragon and his dragon, Saphira, as they struggle to overthrow the evil king Galbatorix. The series was originally intended to be a trilogy (named the "Inheritance Trilogy") until Paolini announced on October 30, 2007, while working on the third novel, that he believed the story was too complex to conclude in just three books.

Yeah Iron Flame was a bit of a disappointment! Planning to read Onyx Storm soon and see what I think… Gallant was a fun one, loved the images and the creepiness 😊 The Poppy War has been on my TBR for a while, really need to read it. Hope you enjoy your February books!

Soooo I read gallant and didn’t love it 🫤🫤 the ending kinda ruined it for me and I gave it 2.75 stars. I just felt super detached from the story and…..yeah

At this point, my February TBR is holiday oriented: Reading a 1980's pulp horror called Come Thirteen by David Silva, which takes place on Candlemas (February 2nd). Next up is Archer's Awakening by Casey Morales, a MM Romantasy for Valentine's Day. Read the prologue a couple weeks ago, and I loved it. Then it's Children of the Owl by Michael and Kathleen Gear, a tale of prehistoric America that starts with the thawing of the ice and the first days of Spring. I am also hoping to squeeze in a middle grade novel in there somewhere. I read two amazing middle grade books last month, the first Vampirates book by Justin Somper, and the first of Chris Lynch's Vietnam series---and I'll probably read children's book until I die. :)

New here! I love One Dark Window and arwill read book 2 soon. I just want your opinion on all 😆 but if I had to pick Bridge Kingdom, Bone Criers Moon and Three Dark Crowns.

Before We Were Strangers is on my TBR, and has been on my shelf for some time, everyone says it is really good, I just need to read it.

The No Show is very good, if you like try more of the authors works. Read Books and Bone Dust and Books first before Legends and Lattes.

I read The Awakening (Zodiac Academy) and I'm on Ruthless Fae now. It's a good time and you know there are no orgies at least not in the first book. I gave the first book 3.75 stars and the second is about the same.

FANTASTIC HAULL I own gallant and I’m sooo excited to read it!! I rlly enjoyed the first half of fairy tale but the second half fell short but I still liked it. Awesome video!!! Kept up the good work

It was one of (if not the one) my favourite books lat year, it's a short story and he describes it as a dark fantasy crazy stupid love. ❤

Gallant sounds like something I’d like, I’ve never read anything by V.E. Schwab. Hope you like Three Dark Crowns, I really enjoyed that series! Great haul!

Metal Sling , starting it i thought that i would not like it as much as all the people who were praising it, but than it finally started to pick up and could not put it down. And the ending OM (beep)G. It will blow your mind. I was staring at the wall for a while not computing what just happened!😳 Now Zodiac academy you need to have some money in the bank and time to kill because once you start, it is impossible to stop! Soooooo addictive!

So glad you enjoyed Gallant! I’m glad you didn’t go into full detail of all the books as I think it’s better that way so you don’t give too much away. I also have All the Stars and Teeth but haven’t read it yet. If you ever want to Buddy read it I’m down!

Kings of the Wyld sounds interesting.. I like that Vikings show, but I've never read anything really humorous, so you made me want to try it! The Atlas Six, Anathema, Sword of Kaigen, and Bloodguard are on my list too so I can't wait to see what you think of them. I order most of my books online...some come from the UK. I've never had any problems with my orders (the books are in pristine condition), but I don't live in the US and I don't know what the people who deliver your packages do.

I’m adding The Sword of Kaigen and Quicksilver to my TBR! I keep seeing them everywhere! Hope you enjoy your first Stephen King! I just recently started reading all his books, I struggled getting into them in the past, but for some reason I’m flying through them now. They can have some slow starts and sometimes it feels like he spends a lot of time on things that don’t seem relevant. But I think that’s just the way the mind of Stephen King works! lol

Guard In The Garden sounds great. I listened to Voyage Of The Damned last year loved it. Want to try Dungeon Crawler.
