this is going to be my first autumn in Utah and I'm SO excited!!! I used to live in Colombia and we don't really have seasons there, so I've never experienced fall before. But I KNOW that I'm going to love this fall and all the cozy activities and books I'll read :)
I hope you’re able to read some good cozy books!!!Oh Utah would be beautiful in the Fall, we would love to live there or even Idaho!!! I love the mountains and trees!
Hi there! Just found your channel - and subscribed, you seem so nice and chill 🤗 I’m currently reading Cold Clay, which is the sequel to Shady Hollow, and I gotta say I’m really loving this series! Cozy and well written and very nice mysteries, perfect for the season!
I love the Shady Hollow books, I have read Bookshops and Bone dust and loved it. I've got Legends and Lattes to read. Also found Dreadful on Everand. I love autumn and winter dark nights fairy lights on in my room all cosy.
Legends And Lattes helped me discover the joy of cozy books. I plan on reading The Body In The Bookstore by Ellie Alexander and A Halloween Homocide by Tonya Kappes. Happy Fall 🍁🍂🌲
I found your channel after Ian mentioned you and I'm glad he did! You should definitely read Twilight.. the whole 'book is better than the movie' applies for sure! I added Warrior of the Wild to my list.. I also just picked up The Shadows Between Us which is by her too.. that ones def not cozy though haha. I think I'm going to read the Half Blood series by JLA this fall.. those new book covers and sprayed edges 🥰
Welcome to the channel!!! The shadows between us is so amazing it’s one of my favorite ya books! It’s like a slytherin romance if you’re familiar with Harry Potter :)))
Wow man, congrats on 1k! That’s massive! Legends and Lattes really fell flat for me but I hope you enjoy it! Also, my wife wants me to read Twlight 😂 if you want to do a buddy read of the first one, let me know!
Legends and Lattes and Dreadful are already on my TBR list but I just added the Shady Hallow one because that seems very interesting and now I am wondering if I could buddy read it with my daughter. Howl's Moving Castle is a GREAT READ! I don't think you'll be disappointed at all with that one. The Viking book sounds intriguing too so I might have to add it to my back list to check out. One thing I really appreciate about your videos is the fact that you don't shy away from books you're interesting in despite their popularity or in this case polarizing opinion with Twilight. I like how you don't hesitate to say you understand how other people feel about it, which is valid for them, but that you're willing to give them chances even though the books aren't the most popular ones "on trend" right now. And you also don't shy from spotlighting older books that have been out a while in case someone might have missed it. I always find a little nugget or hidden gem in your videos that I hadn't heard of before (ie the shady hallow and Viking one in this video) and I love that. It's one of the many things that keep my husband and I watching! Keep up the amazing work you guys are doing and can't wait to see what horror/thriller picks you make later for Halloween.
Thank you so much for your support and encouragement 😁 I like to think I stay honest and don’t let others sway my opinions and wether or not I read a book so I really appreciate you noticing!!!
Loved all these recs!! I definitely want to read a lot of these books!! I just love fall and all the cozy things!! Don’t listen to Ian the one thing he wrong about is twilight I love those books!! I also love the movies and watch them every fall along with Harry Potter!! Do need to re-read those books as an adult now cause I was a teenager the last time read them but I know I would still love them today!! Congratulations on making it to 1,000 subs!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I wholeheartedly agree with the Harry Potter series. One of my all time favorite series and it definitely gives cozy fall vibes. I may end up binge watching the movies this fall.
@@BookishDaddy Cozy mysteries. I love the Library Lovers series by Jenn McKinlay, and many others. I would also say a comfort cozy read for me is also the Krewe of Hunters series by Heather Graham, they are pretty formulaic but I know what I am getting and like the vibes. 😃
Fun list! Fall brings a craving for Tolkien. Missing me some hobbits. I believe I would have made a dandy hobbit movie. I just bought the audible narrated by Andy Sirkus. Want to experience it in his narration to compare.
Hey Joshua! Well, I took the plunge and started a Booktube channel. :) Thanks for the inspiration. I'd love to know where you get your recommendations? Do you just follow many other Booktubers and make a list for a TBR? Is there a specific site, such as Goodreads, etc? Thanks again and I appreciate the cozy recommendations!
I need to get started on Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Reread the first book and watched the movie right after- it is crazy to me how different they are. I need to start the second😅 procrastination at it’s finest

Welcome to the Booktube community man!!! I use goodreads and go to bookstores often as well as book clubs :)
Do you have any spooky, scary or creepy recommendations? I do a Halloween marathon for my birthday I'd love suggestions❤!
I don’t read many scary books. But the perfect son is a thriller I enjoyed about a mom who has a sociopath for a son and it’s pretty wild :)
I read Harry Potter series or cozy romance or mystery in the fall
Sammmme here :)
