Do the other 2 bulbs ever burn out? I have searched 20 videos for the brake light and signal light. Nothing. I understand how to replace the bulbs but why isn't there a place that actually explains what bulbs and where to find them in the US?

Hi. I’m using a screwdriver for glasses. Nice and small. Fits in the notch. However, I’m not able to get the key open. It doesn’t break apart or anything. Any tips?

Couple things I noticed not good with the CX-5's Calipers: 1) Most aftermarket but perfectly working and economical pads (Bendix, Raybestos Waner etc) do not have a V-shaped pin to keep the pad apart when not braking; 2) At least on our 2019 and I presume many other yrs the outer pad will not allow the brake wear indicator pin (when pads almost worn out) because the caliper hits it. The inner pin fits, but if you have uneven wear for whatever reason on the outer pad faster than the inner pad(s) you won't know until your rotor starts getting scraped thereby making the noise you want your wear indicator to tel you. Excellent vehicle though, very impressed with Mazda after owning many hondas and toyotas (and VW/ american) and changing many brakes on old (drum) and newer vehicles. Would buy another CX-5 after considering another highlander and lexus.

Nice work. You only need to remove one caliper pin if you are only doing pads, then swing the caliper up on the other pin and bungee cord it up out of the way.

Before seeing this video I used water and soap to clean the rails on my power windows I didn’t get any of the electrical wiring wet but I’m concerned that I shouldn’t have used water even on the rails

Put a deflector on the cross-member so that oil doesn't get on it. Use paper towels when removing the oil filter so that oil doesn't get on it. Do NOT use the word "supple" to describe ANYTHING EVER!!! Do not criticize others for over-torquing when you yourself are under-torquing. Do not measure the oil while the car is on the ramps (not level); you can simply back the car down the ramps and then measure the oil (not rocket science). Kirkland oil and Mann filters? 5W-30? Thumbs down.

Good vid. I replaced my bulb still wasnt working i noticed the thing to connect back the car with the whole lamp had bent metals. Bent them back to place and sure enough everything was good, guessing it wasnt connecting properly. Maybe didnt need a new bulb but either way this video helped a ton.

I thought for this job vehicle needed to be put into "maintenance mode" first because of electric E-brake. Also, no need to screw the caliper pistons in. They can be pushed in with a special tool.

Mazda says that lower dust cover part number doesn’t fit NA’s. I ordered it based on this video, so we will see if it fits.

Buddy of mine says to have someone pump the brakes, bleed the valve for a quick second as they hold it on pump 5.

Great video thank you. I had to replace the regulator with motor and this video was extremely helpful. The one thing I would add is that in my case, the top and bottoms tubes attached to the motor where the wire goes through need to be flush to the inside metal of the door. There are plastic clips attached to the tubes that are supposed to hold them in place. In my case one of them came loose and that’s what caused issues in the first place because eventually they will catch onto the white round stopper thingys on the glass. I ended up using zip ties on the top and bottom to keep them where they need to be.

Thanks for the video, I just wish I knew who it was at FIAT that decided to seal the tail light module together with torx screws instead of Philips or flathead so I could deliver my user feedback to them personally. 😤

How do you know if you've torqued things to spec?

Does replacing the bulb automatically reset the dashboard warning light?

If the brake fluid doesn't go down, does that mean you don't have to replace the clutch cylinders?
