Ah, summer, that time of the year when my breakfast becomes liquid form. These days, I wake up so parched that I feel like I need to consume fluids the entire morning before developing an appetite for solid foods.
As a result, I’ve become pretty savvy about creating various filling and electrolyte-packed drinks to power me up in the mornings. This matcha blueberry latte recipe is the one I always go to when the first heat waves hit.
I wake up groggy and sweaty, but luckily I can put together this drink in just over 5 minutes. The wonderfully floral sweetness of the blueberries hits my tongue with relief, and the nuttiness of the matcha invigorates me. Finally, these fresh flavors are held together by a custom blended vanilla-flavored milk mixture that elevates the whole drink into a dessert-worthy brew. This drink has saved countless mornings for me this summer!

That said, you can still use any blueberry variety in this recipe, since we will be adding honey to it to enhance the fruit’s sweetness and flavor. Airfryer are in fact the best appliance of all times! I do the same with potato, carrots and pumpkin! I'm also trying to eat more veggies, so I think your "1 veggie per meal" rule is very useful! Any tips of vegetables for breakfast?

The recipe is lovely, but I can't watch you holding the knife like this, all the way back on the handle. Holding it all the way forward with index finger and thumb pinching the blade gives you much more control, that's why all trained chefs hold a knife this way. The food looks great, though.
You should discard the water after having scourse the pork. Otherwise you going to drink the soup with all the imourities. Sorry thats not the correct to cook pork bones.

This is interesting, the Sichuan recipe is slightly different from the one I see in restaurants in my homeland and youtube. I'm from Spain, and I think I don't have access to some ingredients, like canola oil, but I have most of them at home (I even have the douchi, although I missed the date, and I don't know if it will be advisable to use it). Thank you very much for the update. I've loved seeing how Sichuan mapo tofu is made.
