Does it have hdr support?
The last time I asked something ChatGPT it bragged about being trained with Nvidia RTX A - series. I swear it repeated it over and over again.😆
hi im plannig on buying a laptop for my ansys amds 7700s gpu model u thing its bad for ansys and Nvidoa better or the difference is marginal cause the amd one gives good battery life
@Jorge Morales hey u thing amd gpus are very bad for ansys of not much of a difference im talking about laptop especially the 7700s gpu
Not having AV1 Encoder was a big red sign for me. I am in search for an Nvidia based low profile single slot GPU with AV1 encoder. Seems like RTX 2000E is the most reasonable solution for me, except the price ofcourse.
great review! as a sidenote, buying from dell will give you a three year warranty.
Thanks for this great video! I actually wanted to buy this laptop for heavy video editing in the second hand market. Now I am disappointed. Which laptop do you recommend me to buy? Is the Zbook studio g9 or g10 still good option? Or should I get a mac m1 max?
Got the 32 inch refurbed from best buy for 200. Steal at that price
Muchas gracias
Thank you for detailed explanation. However it didn’t work well for me. I have multi-GPU which are GPU-0(NVİDİA GTX 1660ti) and GPU1(AMD Radeon) and number of cores in CPU are 6. What should I do exactly ?
Lo malo es que no tiene altavoces. ¿Tú que altavoces externos usas? Gracias y un saludo
Can i get part file of the pneumatic
hp z4 g4 vs dell t5820 which one is it worth buying in 2024?
as u series owner it keep having problem every 4-5 months but thier waranty is superb i got new monitor everytime i ask for replacement and i keep all cable just return the monitor so i have spare of thunderbolt cable like 4-5 of them with pretty durable ac cord as well xD
Can you compare the small rtx 4000 ada and big rtx 4000 ada?
V useful video. Mega thanks 😊

I have the D model, and it's great. 👍
Hi, I watched this video and the Precision 7680 Workstation video you made in which you advised not to buy it. What would then be your recommended workstation for a mid level user using mostly 2d cad, excel and some engineering FEM software? thanks
Well well well. I have the i9, 128GB CAMM, Three 990 Samsung Pro, llama 3.2 cpp works like a charm. When you make statements like this, please come with data, meaningful examples to support your point of view. Too many please please please don’t buy, and nothing one can rely on except your words.
And how about 7670? Have you used this previous version?
What is PCIe FlexBay Chassis CL FMX?
I love buying these old, used Dell Workstations and PC's! The ones with XEON's are great for my Home Network PROXMOX nodes!
How much for your crappy Dell.... I'll give you 20 bucks.
thanks
You got yourself a wonderful and reliable workstation.
2024 - I like the review on Dell Precision 7560, but I like a bigger screen, can I buy Refurbished the Dell Precision 7760? suggest please Dell Precision 7760 Notebook, 17.3-in FHD (1920 x 1080), Webcam, 1x Intel Core i7 8 Core (i7-11850H) 2.50 GHz, 64 GB RAM, 1024 GB SSD, No Optical, Nvidia RTX A2000 (6 GB), Backlit Keyboard, No Operating System
I have both 5810 - 1650 v4 & 3660 / i9 13900 , the difference is not that much for my use (photoshop and lightroom) 😢
in my place they are over 250usd
is this a Dell Precision T3610 ?? this is not really faster than a i7 6th or 7th gen 🤨 they are cheap because they are really not that good value i am doing A.I. stuff and i stopped using these old Xeons servers
I'll build the same one, but 3 times cheaper, and much easier to repair!
The manufacturer replaced the motherboard and the troubles gone. I had the same problem
You made it replace? you use the warranty?
@franciscof.8368 yep. The authorized warranty service center performed tests, determined that this is a defect of the motherboard and replaced it with a new one.
@franciscof.8368 although I also added my test logs to them, which clearly showed the wrong working temperatures
are there any portable workstations with i7-13850HX + RTX3500 that work fine with blocked vents / in bed?
I have a 3630 it failed we check the system and change the mother board and then it came back cpu not good so we change it , it have in a new cpu and mother mother but still nothing on the monitor
You have to turn off turbo 3.0 in the bios if you want this computer to not throttle some cores to 90 Celsius intermittently. Additionally, you can put the laptop into cool mode so that the fan really cranks to offset heat generation of this cores going to town. I am adding this here in case anyone like me stumbles across this video and thinks to themselves: "Oh no, there is nothing I can do now that I bought this $2000-$4000 machine and dell has only a 30 day return policy." It is a performance workstation: only people who are very knowledgeable about technology such as engineers and developers should really be using them, not just gamers, overspecialized designers, or people doing 4-16k video editing. Should Windows have engineered this machine to function more acceptably out of the box? Absolutely. Is there something we can do to mitigate this issue as a consequence of having a laptop that has 24 cores clocked at 5.0 ghz with a 16gb video card and 128 gigs of ram? Absolutely. Perhaps some company's machines: hp, etc; do not have an issue with heat when being driven to incredibly high loads, but dell overshot here a little bit. They tried to pack a monster into a case not much bigger than a macbook pro. That being said, having the option to push your device to melt down is an option some developers and engineers expect and demand in a piece of tech, just think about a nuclear reactor, NASA, control or the Hadron collider: If those engineers want to turn up to 11/10 in some crack pot plan to make a last ditch effort to achieve something and see if the safety factor holds in an emergency, they should have the power to do so. Dells real mistake here was case/chassis design and not having the twin turbo turned off by default; perhaps having a warning label when it is turned on.
Very bad one! Heating and fan problems . Freezing a lot
I don't have any overheating problem with my 7680. It runs much colder and quieter than a significantly weaker Latitude 5510 I had before, and it delivers amazing performance even on a power saver mode. When I need to work with the laptop on my hip (which you shouldn't do daily with any laptop as it's not very ergonomic nor healthy in other ways), I usually limit its power the most and unless I need to compile big projects for hours, it is sufficiently comfortable to work with.
hey brother my gpu usage is vey less i have a rtx 4050 and i512450 with 8 core 12 thread and 16 gb RAM 4800mhz here my gpu usage remains less than 30%
Just ordered 6 of these in the ada lovelace generation for an AI and robotics development design server for my startup. Cant wait to get them and pair them with a 64 core intel sapphire rapids and 2tb ram for the system. Specced it out quite a bit
You have a really nice vibe - good luck with your efforts on YT! Note: consider to split the video into sections and putting head lines of the sections in the progress bar of the vid, that's usually really helpful for others when reviewing tech
Is this good for 2024, plann8ng to buy for hpz620?
this guy is amazing
Put a E5-2699V4 in mine yesterday 22 cores baby woot ,
Hi Jorge! All the best for your thesis review and defence! Looking forward to hearing the good news too!!
You're doing it wrong my guy, your export speed is incredibly slow. I'm getting 300FPS export speed on my RTX 4080, or about 250 FPS on the iGpu from my 14th gen i9. When you export, under the setting, there's a drop down menu call "Preset", select "Very Fast" so it utilizes more of the hardware to make it faster to export. I see in your video your export FPS is like 16fps....
Hello. Where you by HP Z Coolers?
Anyone use this for AI? Stable Diffusion, Llama?
Thank you. I will avoid.
Thanks, this is what I've been looking for!
does this moniter have freesync or gsync , and is it good for fps games like valorant?
It has G-Sync fully supported! It does not have the highest refresh rate, but at 120 Hz it will very good also for fps games like valorant.
This monitor glossy or matte
@@JorgeMoralesAvthanks for the info, I have ordered this monitor today.
Matte. Thanks for watching!
@@JorgeMoralesAvbro can u please tell what are the disadvantages of this not being an HDR monitor ? Every monitor today has some sort of HDR rating. Why does this one not get it ? Is it worse than an HDR one ?
