    do we have to combine those front and rear torsional analysis to get an overall value for torsional stiffness?

      Simply multiple the total weight by 9.81 then divide the value by 4 cause force going to create couple force which will act in opp direct then apply that force in ansys you will get the value For example the total force is 10000 N hence I will add 250 N in one direction and 250 N on other directions hence couple force is created and chassis will deflect

      there is no formula, I consider 40g force for impact. So multiple 40x weight of vehicle and divide it into each node.

      Basically there is a simple calculation for it. As per rule book which I refer, I assume 20g force on side impact. So multiple 20 with weight of car and divide into nodes.
