5:01 Yeah you can see the bit of hot glue showing on the ha side. That's actually cool, better than a loose kashira for sure.

Nicer than expected. Great gift from your wife, very thoughtful. Hard thing to compete against your other swords. You have Dremsword, Siwode, Murasame, Hanbon Forge... I think it's a pretty high bar for this kind of sword.

Print out a little reverse image of the "like and subscribe" logo, then affix that to the front of your roller. When, like in this video, the reflection of the camera/roller appears on the blade, your viewers will get a casual reminder of what they need to do next.

20:46 finally a review that speaks the truth. So tired of cutters complaining when there is nothing to complain about. When you have the right technique, all those things fall away and seem pedantic. I would have the bottom hand one half-diamond higher, but that's personal pref. Right on with the straight talk.
@KF1 so true, some do complain about such minor things, even the antique ones aren't perfect. To me as long as I can control it,and it comfortable in the hands, I'm good
About Dremsword, have heard from John RVA that they outsource, but other yt channels show they make their own start to finish. Not sure what to believe but the quality is excellent. Can't go wrong when you deal with Hong himself. Dude knows swords and finish.
@KF1 from what I know, they make them, along with the saya in house. Studio made a video on one of there swords.

If the tsuka was nicer would remind me of Huawei for quality. Have found Dremsword to be top notch for sharpness, polish and tempering. Great vid, man.
